In January 2022, I needed to settle my parents estate and sell their home in Simi Valley, CA. Marie Cole of Lifestyles Fine Homes & Estates had been the property manager there for over two years. She did an excellent job, so I decided to list the house with her.

This was an extremely complex sale because there were 13 lots to be included in the sale. For a variety of reasons, these lots were difficult to identify, locate and place values on. Years earlier we had attempted to have this done without success. Two real estate brokers had attempted it at different times, but were unable to obtain definitive answers and deliver an accurate, comprehensive package.

I was amazed and excited that Marie was able to do it. She worked hard and long over a period of several months to make it happen. Not only did she organize and complete the project, she was also instrumental in helping us navigate the real estate portions of very complicated and frustrating family trust. She spent many hours with buyers, attorneys, county offices and trust executors. She stayed positive and motivated despite the endless stream of frustrations. Thank you, Marie!

I have used Marie Cole, owner/broker of Lifestyles Fine Homes & Estates, for many transactions, including both buying and selling my homes. She and her staff went above and beyond what is required for smooth transactions. I recommend her and staff to all my family and friends.

I am a 79 year old single male with many health issues that required me to sell my mobile home in California and move out of state so that my daughter and son-in-law could look after me.

Marie Cole was chosen as my selling agent. I interviewed three other possible agents. She was easy to choose because she focused more on
my selling needs/requirements and informed me of what the buyer would need to qualify in order to purchase my mobile home. The other agents focused much more on personal issues.

I am not on Facebook, Twitter and don't have a smart phone, etc.

In order to meet a deadline for the move I needed to sell the mobile
home, sell my car. sell certain items of furniture (charitable organizations would not pick up), clear out 2 sheds (which were full of paint, paint supplies, wood, carpeting other many other materials that were there when I originally purchased the mobile home) and to further complicate things, my washing machine broke down .

Honestly, I never asked Marie for any help, for any assistance, nor hinted
for her to do anything.

The mobile home was sold the day after it was listed for a very good price. She used her Facebook and phone and whatever and sold the furniture, sold the car, had the washing machine fixed and the sheds cleaned out and all the items hauled away--all by the deadline.

Her son fixed the washing machine and cleared the sheds and hauled the items away-----no charge! ! However I gave him $200 from the proceeds
I received from the car sale.

Prior to my signing any paperwork, she emailed it to my daughter to approve and kept my daughter up to date on every thing being done to meet the deadline.

Both my daughter and I could not thank her enough for everything she did.

Terrible real estate co. Do not use these people ! Owner let her son fraudulently misrepresent who he was, and what he does. I ended up buying the house from hell , just to get away from the real estate co.owner, her son , and her friend ( who she employed as a brand new agent ) Never sold a home when I met her. Her inspector was as insincere and as full of lies as she was. I am a senior citizen, completely taken advantage of by these rogues. House shd have been a teardown ! Can you imagine a realtor not saying a word about buying a home on a busy street ?? A six lane huge street , traffic both directions , a Major Thoroughfare ! This women /co. owner named Marie only cares about making money off of innocent people ! Don't deal with this owner or company or you will end up in very bad circumstances, nothing but heartache, and could lose your life savings like I did ! Do not deal with this company ! They are the worst of the worst ! I found the house anyone would or could ever dream of, just passing by, they had an open house. I told this women about it , her son called and harassed me and said "I heard youve been out looking at houses with another agent ! Not true at all !! I was passing by and I saw an open house sign. Was floored when I saw inside ... Everything brand new , huge bedroom with fireplace leading to yard, jacuzzi tub, brand new bathrooms ..top of line , gorgeous very expensive flooring, AND a studio apartment in back....A buyers dream of dreams. Because of my stupidity and honesty, I told this woman Marie Cole , owner broker of this company Lifestyles Fine Homes &Estates, which I did not have to. I could have easily told them Im sorry, but Im not interested in working with you anymore. Which was absolute truth. I barely looked at houses with them, no contract, never signed anything, And she went to look at it , and said "ITS O.K." that told me of the corruptness of this woman and her terrible son , who I only met 1 or 2 times. I ended up not even trying to get the house that everyone dreams about, because of this wretched woman and her horrible son. Instead I bought the house from hell, to get away from them forever. How stupid of me.. She didn't help me one bit in closing. I had to fight for myself and wasn't even in the business. The escrow company agreed to lower a fee at my request . This woman broker Marie just looked at me and said "OH, I see what you're doing ....... unbelievable ! Sorry for such a long edit.... SAVE YOURSERLF and stay away from these unscrupulous people !

Ann Taylor -wilson works for this company and is a bully and very un professional. She bullied me cause i don't want her to write my offer. I never asked her to be my agent and i never signed a contract with her to be my agent. this agent should be fired
