Great experience great server too. Think her name was Kat. They were unexpectedly packed and she made it seem like it wasn't at her speed and efficiency. Love the food love the new lunch menu love the service.

Great v food, fast and friendly service. Paid the bill using my smart phone. Cool feature. My burger was absolutely delicious and the beer, an IPA, was strong and a great compliment to the food. Short wait time for Friday evening. Very glad we went here prior to our movie date.

The service is really good the food is amazing!!! I always enjoy coming with my family. The beach vibe makes it so relaxing.

This felt like one of THE MOST efficiently ran restaurants I've ever had the pleasure of experiencing. My server, Susan, was extremely pleasant and quick. She took the initiative to ensure that my 2-year old received her food as soon as the order was ready, rather than hold it until my order finished cooking. I also had the opportunity to meet the manager, Kelly. She was VERY friendly, yet professional. The three other staff members I interacted with were courteous & helpful as well.

Over all, the food was good & quick, the restaurant was clean, the restroom was clean & free from bad odors, and the customer service was TOP NOTCH. I will DEFINITELY return to this specific Island's location 23 minutes from home, although I live 7 minutes away from a different Island's location.

never a disappointment! Bar area is fun, and staff super friendly and quick on their feet to make your visit enjoyable. Food is always of top quality and good portions for the price. One of our most frequented restaurants in Simi for you can eat healthy for they allow for substitutions! We always enjoy going to Islands as a family treat. It's a light and fun atmosphere and the burgers are great. I always have the Hawaiian teriyaki burger with pineapple. They have a good kids menu too.Never an issue. Don't pass up the opportunity to eat here.

Very special place. Doggie friendly on outside patio. Excellent menu all burgers are tasty. Menu offers alot more to choose from. Great customer service, always checking on you. Prices are right on. Will continue to enjoy islands with great views.

Love the burgers, tacos, fries and salads! Can't go wrong with Islands for a friendly, fast, family restaurant. Prices are good too. I've been going to Islands since 1983. Anytime we're in the mood for a juicy burger and yummy fries we go to Islands. Get the cheese fries, they're awesome. The burgers are juicy so get extra napkins. The service is quick and the staff friendly.

We had a very good meal. My husband enjoyed the grilled fish tacos and I had the Maui burger. Both were very good. Our waiter was friendly and reminded us of the drink specials, which I enjoyed.

This place is super great. I went here with my whole family, grandparents and great grandparents. It is great for seniors and for kids. The menu had fun names for everything and there was also a gulten free menu (ask waiter for it). Overall a super fun looking place with a really nice friendly staff that made your whole table feel special.

I sat up at the bar during happy hour and greatly enjoyed the fruity cocktail that I ordered. They had a few choices. I also got their Hawaiian mini burgers appetizer and they were absolutely delicious.

I had the Island Berger it was to die for! A must try if you haven't already.

Burgers were great and the crispy French fries were perfect. Hit the spot! Our server, she was the only one working our area but she was attentive and did a great job!

Good food, good drinks not to expensive. The wait was short even with the limited seating. The employees were keeping everything clean. Had a nice saturday lunch with the wife. Good times

Well staffed and good food. A good sit down burger spot for the area. I do appreciate the TV's with surf and snow highlight reels running. A great sportsy kind of feel in the bar as well.

Loved it. Ate outside. Had the Shorebird and my wife had the Beach bowl. They were very tasty and our waiter was attentive. I will be back soon!

Simi Valley Islands is doing a great job accommodating diners outside. The food and service is still great and the management staff has done a nice job making the parking lot seem, well, not like a parking lot, lol. Thank you Islands!

I love this restraunt because of their delicious food, friendly staff, and island theme inside. The burgers are great because the patties are not too big or too small and they are juicy. Also, they now have gluten free buns, kudos to you guys because they are ahead of the game compared to other restaurants. The fries are soo crispy and soo good, they are my favorite part of the meal. I love the fact that they carry shirley temples and how many options there are for people with food allergies.

Good food, service, and drinks. Kids in uniform eat for free if ordered off of the kids menu. Good selection of beer. T.V.s with a sports. Large tables for groups.

The Tu-Can is awesome, don't forget the Passion Ice Tea. Service is always fast, with smiles. Good vibes, Sunday mornings at 11:15a is the beat time to beat the lunch crowd :)
