The quality of work was outstanding! From the initial phone call to the actual work being done-everyone was very efficient, knowledgeable and trustworthy. They tried to help me save money while remaining top quality work. I wouldn't trust my plumbing needs with anyone else.

Do not use these folks - they came out to camera my system, and charged me $445 to misdiagnose a broken pipe (the pipe wasn't actually broken as it turns out). The equipment they used was old and outdated (black & white camera without video capability), and they did not provide me with any map of what they found (where the "breakage" was found, pipe locations, etc). They also wasted a big chunk of time (which they charged me for) trying to figure out how my drainfield/septic system worked, even though it had nothing to do with what they were brought out to do (which was to diagnose the pipes under my house). When I called the owners (Rob & Chuck), to discuss, they kept saying they would look into it and call me back. They never did. I contacted them 4 times, each time they made an excuse as to why they would need to call me back, and they never did. They were rude and unresponsive, and I would advise you to steer clear of these folks - they are not a company that you want to do business with.

This was very disappointing. First just trying to have someone come out to get a quote took almost a week, then another week only after several calls and messages to actually get a quote. The quote was four times as much as other quotes we have received since
