I started going to Susan in 2020. I searched years for someone who would be able to consistently do my eyebrows before finally finding Susan. I commute 30 minutes because I appreciate the respect and quality she strives for each visit. Susan now does my full face every two weeks which gives me the confidence I desire. She also put me on her skin care line that I can say really helped change the definition of my skin. I also occasionally get facials done by her to improve my skin. Thank you Susan! I highly recommend her skin care products. My favorite product is the BB Cream that perfectly matches my skin :)

I have been going to Susan for I think going on 8 years or more now. I was just starting high school when my mom discovered Susan and let me get my eyebrows done. I am now out of college working full time and moved out of town to Calabasas. I will still be driving to see Susan because she is the only one who pays attention to detail and truly cares about the shape of your brows. I love going here to get my eyebrows done. I drive a total of 30 mins every 2-3 weeks because I don’t trust anyone else with my eyebrows. They have multiple services. When it comes to eyebrows I love the threading option instead of waxing which I recommend and they do it quick and perfect and once in a while I get my upper lip threaded and Susan makes me feel so comfortable because I’m always hesitant to do my upper lip threading but she does it quick and gives me tips for it to hurt less and she’s the only person I would trust to do my upper lip. Everyone there is so sweet and it’s really clean at the place. I 100% recommend coming here.

My eyebrows always look so great. They are never too thin and the tiny is very natural, no harsh lines. The eyelash lift and tint is beautiful and natural as well.
