I hate going to the dentist. It’s the worst ever. But this place eased my anxiety and made things as pleasurable as possible. The staff is great, very supportive. I’ve made an appointment for my husband and have referred my parents as well. If you’re looking for a new dentist, look no further.

Dr Ly has, by far, been the most attentive, kind, and helpful dentist I’ve ever had! He demonstrates care and kindness, listens to your needs, and doesn’t push unnecessary operations without providing all of the inputs to his conclusion!

Also his office team is amazing- super flexible, not judgmental like other places when you ask to reschedule and just overall pleasant. Go see Dr Ly - you’ll find the dental experience completely transformed for the better!

My wife's family has come here for years and now my toddlers and I come here too. The staff is kind and do a very good job with helping my kids feel comfortable. The dentist and assistants seem to be very knowledgeable and skilled at what they do. The facility is clean and kept cool. They provide free water bottles in the lounge area.

This place is awesome!! Everyone is so friendly and nice. I sometimes have fear of the dentist due to a past experience with an orthodontist when I was a kid. But not here they make sure you are comfortable. I hadn't been to tbr dentist in years. But now I go all the time with no fear. My whole family now goes. Would fur sure recommend.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Ly and the staff at Royal Dental Group. Due to the pandemic I hadn't been to the dentist in over 2 years and kept putting it off. Well my crown popped off and Dr. Ly had it reattached in just a few minutes. When I came in for my check up and cleaning it went so smoothly. They are all so nice there!

I came to this dentist after having a bad experience at another, so this was my first visit, and this is now my new Dentist. Dr. Ly is great! Very personable, and he makes sure you're comfortable at every step. The whole staff were extremely nice and welcoming. Their online appointment scheduling is amazing as well! Dr. Ly and his staff made me feel like family. They are all dedicated to their jobs and their actions show it!!! I am so glad I was recommended to them by my daughter and will go nowhere else!! Dr.Lan is a very professional dentist. He made a crown for me, which fits perfectly and seems to be the same as my original tooth. Even more comfortable. He is also very kind to his guests, making your diagnosis a pleasure rather than a pain.

The office is clean and staff are friendly. Dr. Ly is a very good doctor. He is caring, meticulous, and gentle. After coming to his office for many years. I recently decided to get Invisalign with Dr.Ly. He is the only doctor I trust with my teeth.

This whole team is fantastic. Everyone is kind, knowledgeable, and welcoming. I recommend this practice to anyone, especially those with dental anxiety. You will feel cared for and supported. I didn't think I would enjoy going to the dentist, but I do.

Dr. Ly is the absolute best. I highly recommend this office. His staff is great, they’re extremely friendly and ALWAYS remember you. They’re very organized and are always willing to work with you. Dr. Ly himself is really cool. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and is always ready to share a laugh with you. I would give this place more stars if I could. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Royal Family Dental is the best! Dr Lee is very honest (he tells you what he sees, his opinion and advise with no upsellig), caring (called and helped me me outside of business was hours when was in pain, urgent help was needed) and very knowledgeable. He has great skills, integrity, modern equipment, and connections (referral, recommendations if needed). Staff is very kind as well. Love going here for over 20 years, even if it is a 3-4 hR Roy d trip. The quality and care worth it!

Have been using this dental group for many, many years. First with Dr. Chung, then with Dr Ly. It’s an amazing dental practice. Dr. Ly and his staff are always so helpful. The care I have received is first rate. I’ve had a couple of emergencies over the years and they worked with me to squeeze me in with Dr Ly asap.

My Daughter had a dental emergency over the weekend so I went on Yelp searching and after reading through many, many reviews, I decided to email Royal Family Dental. I was only hoping maybe we will get an appointment in this week. Monday morning comes, I received an email from Lory that they had two availability to see my daughter. Shortly after I had confirm a time, I received a text and call about the appointment. She was so sweet and inquired everything needed prior to the appointment and sent over the forms via text so we may fill them out beforehand. We got to the office and we were greeted with a friendly and warm smile by Lory. The office was so warm, cozy, really cute, and clean. Everyone was so sweet and friendly, you just get a nice and warm vibe. I had explained my situation of hard of hearing and everyone was so understanding and patient with me. Most importantly, I appreciated how fast they were able to see my daughter.
Dr. Ly was very nice, thorough with explaining what needs to be done, what medications to take, and what was recommended when I had questions about our situation. He was so helpful with explaining what was recommended and if we should wait until winter break for my daughter’s extractions or not.
When my daughter and I walked out of the office, we both turned to one another and at the same time we said, “omg I love this place!!” I have been to quite a few Dental offices in Simi, and thought to myself how come we did not find this office sooner. I am so happy to have found Royal Family Dental on Yelp and I will definitely be staying with this office for a long, long time.

Simi Dental and Dr. Ly are the absolute best. I am the proud owner of some really straight teeth and healthy gums! So pleased with the results but more importantly so blessed to have such an amazing staff helping along the way! 😀

Would give this place 6 stars if I could!! My husband went for a routine teeth cleaning and it was the first time I had ever seen him excited about the dentist - and that says A LOT! Dr. Ly was absolutely amazing - he took the time to address all of our questions and concerns - he really makes you feel at ease and comfortable. It was by far the best experience my husband has ever had at a dentist, saying the entire procedure was completely seamless and painless. It was unlike any other teeth cleaning he's had before! With how much my husband raves about his visit, I am (for once!) looking forward to going myself! 10/10 would recommend.

I had a wonderful initial visit. Very professional experience and they took great care in explaining each the options I need to consider and the pros and cons of each. The best experience with a dentist ever!
