I recently purchased a used Tesla from Buy Your Ride team, and I couldn't be happier with the overall experience. Not only did they provide top-notch customer service, but they also went above and beyond to help me secure a tax credit, making the entire transaction smooth and rewarding.

Since 2023, the IRS has extended a tax credit of up to $4000 on EV plugin vehicles to Used vehicles. I contacted around 10 used car dealers on the phone and none of them had any idea about this new tax credit. When I talked to Eric, it was a different story. He knew about this and he helped not only with the purchase of an EV but also provided the form 15400 so I can get the tax credit.

I don't even know where to start. I had a great impression when I visited the website, and was happy to read that their top priority was "customer satisfaction". This couldn't be more true. Eric and the team have gone above and beyond to make sure I find my dream car, in my budget, and even in the color I wanted. They took the time to listen to my need and made it feel like a priority. Where do l start… Eric and his team are one of the best dealerships l have came across. As a grumpy French person, I generally only leave reviews to complain, But kudos to BYD team ;) I went there with my best girlfriend who was looking for a new car. Éric and his team were super professional, friendly, they took the time and found him the model that suited her without putting any pressure on us. As pleasant an experience as can be had when purchasing a car! Eric and Chris were especially nice and very patient as we test drove 4 different cars before choosing the first car we test drove! The paperwork process was mostly painless and everything was thoroughly explained to us. All our questions were answered politely. Very friendly crew works at Buy Your Ride. I had a very complicated double transfer that I wanted to perform for a small amount of money but Eric was very help, courteous, attentive and professional. Not only was he a nice and personable guy but he went out of his way to help me with a myriad of different documents by filling out pdf draft copies for me to sign and even video calling to help me out.

He was very detailed and diligent to give me clear instructions for what should have otherwise been a very difficult process. I felt the price they gave us was fair and the service was exceptional.

After finding out that I needed to move out of LA, I contacted Eric to buy my car after already visiting the dealership that I purchased the car from as well as Carmax. I’m not sure where to even begin with this company... wow... just WOW! I’ve never experienced such great and amazing customer service from anyone!!! Eric went above and beyond to not only make sure that I found a vehicle that had every feature that I wanted (which is difficult because I’m VERY picky ha!) but he handled it like a champ!! Not only did he find my perfect car, but I got the car much less than what the dealership wanted to charge!!! My car was delivered to my door! Eric handled all the paperwork and within a few days I was ready to cruise again. I live in Bakersfield, and I've been looking for a certain Jeep for about 3 mo. I found the Jeep on line at Buy your Ride at 7:30 am. I called and left a message and Eric returned my call on his way to work, Even before work he started, working with me and got it set up to go in, test drive and possibly buy the Jeep. It's an hour and 45 min from my house to there, but had to wait for my wife to go with me. we didn't leave until 4:30 that afternoon, and when we got there I saw the small dealership that didn't look like much and wasn't sure I wanted to go in, but we did and very glad we did, they weren't pushy or demanding. They had the car right there for me to test drive and I loved the Jeep, it was what exactly what I had been looking for. Eric and his team were very attentive and were able to process the paperwork very efficiently and they stayed after hours just to make sure everything was done correctly and I was happy. I'm 70 years young and have bought a lot of cars in my life and they impressed me, they don't spend their profits on multi-million dollar car lots and make you wait hours to buy a car. They find out what you are looking for and if they don't have it they are willing to locate what you want and get it for you. It was the first time in a long time I didn't spend 3 or 4 hours waiting in line just to buy a car, so if you want a professional to help you into your next car, go see Eric and his team, They will treat you with respect as a person, not just a number waiting in line for hours.
