I came in on a small budget and found the dress for my big day! All the staff that helped were attentive and made sure to answer any questions. Can't wait to wear it soon for my wedding day. Update: I felt so comfortable in my dress for 5 hours and danced the night away. I admit it's a little difficult to get it on and off but with some assistance it's worth it. My veil felt like it was a part of the dress. I'll recommend to family and friends this store.

Jo, Irena, and Jasmin provided exceptional assistance during my alterations. Their guidance made the process smooth, and I had a wonderful experience thanks to their expertise and helpfulness. My dress came out perfect 👌

Karol was a great help during my appointment - he was very polite and quick to pull more options until we found the perfect dress for me. The entire staff was warm and welcoming - it was a great experience!

Jo, Irena, and Marina helped me and my mom with our alterations and they were wonderful. They helped really make the dresses fit our bodies and made it an enjoyable and productive experience. I can’t wait to see the dresses after they are done altering.

Irena, Maria, Jazmin, Laura, Marina in the alternation department did a phenomenal job with the alterations and making us feel beautiful and showing us everything we need to know about the bustle. Wonderful team and a truly lovely experience.

I came in stressed trying to find a prom dress. While I was trying on dresses, a girl named Alexis came to the rescue. She gave me honest opinions, helped me find more dresses, and was extremely patient. Not only was she super kind she was super patient and showed us all the color options and walked around showing us more dress styles. Truly have never had a better dress shopping experience. Walked out buying multiple options and happy. Alexis was truly amazing, highly recommend (especially as a plus-size girl)!! :)

My experience at David's Bridal was fantastic. Deisy and Stephanie were warm, knowledgeable and just generally incredibly helpful. I wanted to add to my review now that I have completed the alterations process on my dress. The entire Alterations Team -- Jo, Irena, Marina and Laura -- were terrific and guided me to the right fit that I feel confident and happy in. The bustle looks fantastic and pretty simple to do. I'm very happy with my entire experience!

I want to start off saying that my appointment was on February 24, 2024 and my stylist was Mary. She was absolutely amazing. She was so patient attentive with a smile the entire time and I felt so comfortable with her, by the time I tried on the fifth dress I felt like Mary was part of my wedding and my family. She’s absolutely amazing And I couldn’t have asked for a better stylist. I do have two appointments coming up and I’m definitely going to request her because of how friendly she was and how good she is at her job. Seems like Mary has so much experience, seen that she is so young im surprised at hiw good she is at her job . Her experience makes the Appointment so smooth and pleasant!! My dress was purchased in several sizes larger in order for the alterations department to alter the dress to fit me perfectly, and it fits like a glove! It’s beautiful and they really took their time to perfect every detail! They explained to me thoroughly what alterations were needed, how it would be done and why, and answered all my questions. The dress was ready right on time! Thank you Jo, Irena, Marina, Laura and Pedina for all of your help and beautiful work!

My experience at this Davids Bridal location was amazing! I highly recommend Kristen as a stylist!! She was so patient and attentive to my preferences in dresses. The ladies in the alterations department were also very patient and super mindful of making sure that the dress fit me perfectly. I definitely recommend coming here if you’re wanting a full service bridal shopping experience.

Deisy Corral was incredible! So helpful and very kind and cooperative. She definitely did everything a bride could ask for in really bringing the whole picture together for me to make my decision and be happy.

Irena and her alteration team are amazing and very talented people. Irena spent a lot of time on creating better ideas and making my dress look a lot nicer. She has a very positive and pleasant attitude and has so much patience for more questions and comments. She made this process a lot easier than I thought. My dress would not have looked as beautiful as now without her hard work.
Pedina, Marina, Laura and Jo were also great, kind and helpful.

The only reason I am giving your store 5 stars is because of Kati in customer service. She took care of all of our issues. Kati was very patient, kind and comfortable to talk to. She handled our situation with professionalism. We recently purchased our daughters bridal party dresses and had a few issues with the stylist. Honestly, I wished that Kati was the one who had done our fittings. The stylist we had made us feel rushed throughout the fitting. My daughter had six attendants that needed dresses. The stylist only gave them two options to choose from. She told one of them she could go elsewhere to purchase a dress if she didn't see one she liked. (Crazy considering all the dresses were to be matching in color). When checking out, all of the girls paid separately but when the dresses came into the store there were no individual names put on them, which made it confusing to know what dress belonged to who. We didn't appreciate that one of the bridesmaids was very upset and embarrassed when the stylist got everyone's attention to ask her what size she was in front of everyone. I felt that it was uncalled for and very unprofessional. I don't feel that a stylist should embarrass anyone and shouldn't be put on the floor with her lack of compassion and interaction skills.

My stylist Debbie was very supportive and brought my vision to life. I really appreciated her patience, advice, and genuine care! I said yes to the dress thanks to her expertise and understanding! Thanks Debbie!

Regardless of how busy the place was, my stylist Deborah K. truly made me feel like I was the only person there. Her attention to my every need was unmatched. She understood my style perfectly and somehow picked out a dress for me that I would have never gone for and yet it was almost perfect. She made sure I LOVED my dress and had me try them on multiple times to ensure THE ONE gave me the RIGHT feeling. I'm so happy with my experience, and most importantly, with MY DRESS!!!

Jo-Irena-Jazmin-Clarice were AMAZING! They squeezed me in for an out of town appointment and are going to rush alterations to make everything ready and perfect just in time for the big day! 10 out of 10 recommend. Most amazing wedding experience thus far.

We had a wonderful experience working with Debbi. She was amazing. She knew exactly how to read my daughter. She let my daughter pick out dresses and then brought out her pick and I think we will be going with one of Debbi’s pick. What a great time

We had such an amazing alterations appointment for my bridal gown with Jo, Marina, Jazmin, and Clarice were so helpful and organized. Jo was especially kind and patient with me, took time to listen to my concerns and help find resolutions. She even helped me pick out a veil and gave jewelry advice! Highly recommend David’s bridal for alterations, even if your dress isn’t from there (mine isn’t)!
