well this place is amazing old school Gym having a sauna and they have a variety of wide range free weights and cable weights, they have showers and a locker room they also offer you pre-workout if you needed that little extra push to get by to finish your workout gym memberships are reasonable Nikki behind the counter is never afraid to help spot you. Great tips on form. Was going for up to a year in 6 months

I love Muscle System! Very laid back atmosphere and the owners, Missy and Kevin, are super friendly and down to earth. A great old school gym with everything you need, for a low monthly cost. Great bang for the buck. Plenty of parking and never any crowds. Around 5PM or 6PM there might be 10-12 people total in the gym, so no waiting for machines. It’s a true grid iron gym so some equipment is a bit dated, but doesn’t effect my feelings about the gym or my workout.

One of the best gyms I have been to in my life. Will be returning. Keeping it oldschool. Great for bodybuilding and powerlifting.

Been coming to this gym now for about five years and haven’t looked back. Great place, friendly staff and chill atmosphere. Love that machines are not overcrowded and near my home.

I only care about lifting. When I walk in here, I feel like I can just do my thing and leave. No one bothers. Just waiting for when they can re-open and get my reps in. At home workouts ain't cuttin it.

Kids kickboxing class every Friday at 5:30pm $10.00 a month

OLD SCHOOL! HOLE IN THE WALL! LIFTERS GYM! This Old School Gym is a Gem! MUCH MUCH bigger than it looks from the outside and has 2 specialty rooms off to each side. Has machines galore(mostly older, but only cosmetic), cardio machines are a bit out dated, but gets the job done(don't need a computer to tell me I'm working up a sweat). FREE WEIGHTS DREAM, they have enough to supply a few Planet Fitness and Dumbbells up to 160lbs, one of the side rooms is an ALL LEGS FREE WEIGHT ROOM!

What a great place to get a good workout.the staff is great
