Cody is so unbelievably helpful, patient, and kind! I truly do not know how he does that hectic job while keeping a smile on his face and maintaining a pleasant tone the way that he does! Excellent service!

I always had a good experience at Western Dental with their services. Even if the wait time is long, it's nice to breathe for a while and forget about our crazy world. All staff are nice and considerate even though they deal with crazies on a regular basis. Bring a book or headphones for watching videos on your phone.

I had my first appointment today with Dr. Budarapu and I could not of had a happier experience. She was very caring and knowledgeable. The whole staff was very friendly. Thank you so much. Jody R.

Leslie and the staff at the hilltop location in redding have been great!They worked me on as emergency. I have explained what they recommend and answered all my questions! But has not been pushy! Thanks and can't wait to get my smile back

Leslie was phenomenal. She worked very hard to squeeze me in for my exam. She did my x-rays impeccably. Kudos to her and her strong work ethic.

Saba was very gentle and kind as she took my X-rays and she explained everything that she was going to do before she did it. No surprises. Thank you Saba.

Had my appointment for X-rays and exam at at hilltop location. Although they were running behind and didn’t have time for my exam (🤧1hour drive from my home) the team was all friendly and I did get my x-rays done by a lovely woman named Leslie. Overall all I understand stuff happens and besides having to make the long drive (in my gas hog) again, I have no complaints.

Leslie, is an amazing associate to Western Dental. She knows her job! She knows what's needed for each of her patients and how to best help them. Blessed are we, that she's here.

Dr. Shirisha and her assistant Saba are very gentle doing their job. They explain everything they are going to do and with a lot of patience. always making sure you don't feel pain and if so, numbing the area more. 100% professionals

My appointment was scheduled for 9:30..I was ten minutes early, with my insurance card and id in hand.I wasn't called into the back until 11... I watched people come and go who had gotten there after me. the receptionist was very unprofessional and inexperienced but after I was called back leslie was so amazing and professional and kind, and gentle that I felt the wait was .. almost.. worth it. My teeth are very bad. I couldn't blame anyone for not wanting to see me. But I did have a counseling appointment that I had to reschedule because of the wait. I'll be coming back but not on a busy day.. Honestly there's not Alot of dentists to choose from and I'm happy to be able to go to the dentist period. All five of those stars are for Leslie, mainly cuz I have yet to see the dentist.. and it's 12 now.and I know I should probably keep it to myself, cause these are people who have the ability to make it harder or easier on me in the long run, but they asked me to do a review, so .. what can i do?

It took a while to get an appt. But once i finally got in the Redding office they were very accommodating. Leslie is great very attentive and sweet.

Leslie at the Redding Hilltop location was an absolutely amazing person to have on my care team and she went above and beyond to not only promote a calm and friendly environment, but answer any questions I had.

Leslie was very kind and patient. My crown work was not sent but Leslie helped me get a filling instead. I appreciate this because I commute from Arcata

My apointment was at 9:30am. I showed up early as usual with most of my appointments and was seen checked in at 9:10am which was relatively fast. Leslie was very kind on the welcoming in and I would definitely recommend coming here for any current amd future visits.
