TriPark is family. I knew I had found my fitness home when day one I was welcomed in like I had been there for years. Whatever your fitness goals might be, TriPark will get you there and help you achieve them (and then help you to set new goals!).

Whatever your fitness level, you'll feel like family immediately. Every workout can be scaled to your abilities and you'll never feel singled out. The daily workouts are always unique, challenging, and fun.

The staff at TriPark are outstanding. They are all certified, well-trained professionals who will guide you in your fitness journey.

Each 60-minute workout is led by one of the amazing coaches and will follow a format that will safely guide your through a warmup, skill work, the WOD, and will end with stretching. There's also an optional midline workout programed every day.

As I mentioned before, TriPark is all about community. On top of all the daily workouts you'll also find opportunities to participate in weekend partner workouts, Hero workouts, weekly endurance training, and community workouts held in the local park. There's also always gatherings like sporting event meetups, holiday parties, and competitions.

I joined TriPark about a year ago after going a couple years without regularly working out. I was very out of shape. In the last year, I have seen SO much improvement in my strength and fitness levels! The coaches have been great about modifying things to my fitness level and encouraging my growth. The other members are so fun and encouraging too. It's a really inclusive and supportive community. If you are looking for fun classes with great people that will get you serious fitness results, I highly recommend TriPark!

I was so sad when my old gym closed several years ago. I explored a few different CrossFit gyms but they didn’t have the community feel I was looking for. Then I came to TriPark. Carly and Sean are awesome owners and coaches. They focus on technique, challenging yourself, and having fun. They also care about each member and the community they have created. There are no elitist vibes in that gym- they have truly created a place that is welcoming to everyone. It’s a great place to work out!

We started at TriPark with their couch to CrossFit program and have now been members for almost a year. The coaches are great and really put in the effort to get to know members personally. Members are of all different fitness levels and I have yet to meet someone with an ego, which I hear is rare in the CrossFit community. Their (almost) full day of classes make it a great gym for everyone since it can fit with all schedules. Plus, they do a lot of group outings so members and coaches get to hangout outside the gym!

I had been thinking of trying out crossfit for a while but was super nervous about it. I was an athlete my whole life but hadn't done any form of organized exercise in 5 years since I graduated college. Solo trips to the gym were getting super boring and I was losing motivation. I decided to try out TriPark due to their great reviews and their excellent "starter" deal in which you receive free one-on-one lessons and a couple weeks to try out their classes. I instantly loved this gym! Carly and Sean are both amazing coaches who can scale back any exercise to suit your ability or accommodate injury. They know when to encourage and motivate you to push harder and when to step back and let you call the shots. The community they have built is incredibly welcoming and friendly to people of all abilities. As a member of TriPark, you workout alongside advanced athletes as well as people who are learning to exercise for the first time in their life, and everyone cheers for other people's successes, no matter how big or small. Every day that I go to TriPark I am inspired by my coaches and my fellow athletes, and I always leave a workout feeling better than I did coming in. If you are thinking about trying out crossfit for the first time, this is definitely the place to do it!

I have been part of this gym since 2017, I believe. It has been a wonderful experience. All the coaches are knowledgeable, while also making sure you are being as safe as possible with body mechanics whenever we are lifting. With COVID, they made sure to follow the guidelines and the gym was extremely clean to ensure everyone was safe. Even when they were on lockdown, they still had zoom classes so that people could get the community feel while working out from home. This is a wonderful gym to be part of! I highly recommend them.

TriPark is an awesome fitness community to be a part of! Having been a member at multiple other crossfit gyms in Sacramento previously, I can confidently say that TriPark is a cut above the rest. If you are thinking of trying crossfit, TriPark is the place to be at! Coming into this gym, I had absolutely no crossfit experience. I had been active in the past, but I hadn't been for awhile at the time I joined. Since the first day, I have felt extremely welcomed. All the coaches are great, and their one-on-ones made the ease into actual classes smooth. The coaches can easily tailor all the movements to all skill levels, making it a gym that works for anyone! Currently, I have an achilles injury that makes any sort of jumping/running difficult. That hasn't stopped me from attending classes because the workouts can be easily scaled to what I am able to do. I have been a member of this gym for two years now, have participated in competitions, and I am performing at a level I never thought I would be at and I still have plenty of room for improvement. This is all thanks to the motivation and teachings of the coaches and the wonderful community! They are definitely worth more than 5 stars!

I have lived all over the country and have done Crossfit on and off (with the "off" periods dedicated to weightlifting and strength more generally) in multiple states, and I can say with confidence that TriPark is one of the best gyms I have joined. Carly, Sean, Antonio, Angelica, Aly, Bekki, and the other coaches have built a solid community that is full of athletes of all ability levels, each one as important as the next. If you're looking for a place to start, to restart, or to continue Crossfitting, give TriPark a shot. Regardless of who's coaching that day, you will NOT be disappointed!

TriPark is a great fitness community. The 5:30am group manages to be upbeat, positive and supportive even though it's too ealry! The coaches are great at giving constructive feedback and they push just enough to keep you progressing, without feeling like a hassle. Great culture for the fitness conscious and for the hardcore crosfitters alike.

I was very intimidated by CrossFit at first but TriPark is so welcoming and helpful in learning all the movements. All the coaches are energetic and passionate about helping people learn and creating a healthy lifestyle. TriPark is more than a gym but a big community!

While I have a long history of athletics and team sports, I have never done Crossfit before joining this gym- mostly because my encounters with those that did do it... were not great. I was afraid, especially with almost ZERO lifting experience, that I would be out of my depth both physically and mentally, and just generally overwhelmed.

IT WAS QUITE THE OPPOSITE.

This is a gym that is much more community than cult (as previous encounters had led me to believe Crossfit was) specifically because so much emphasis is given to supporting each other in our own individual fitness goals and our journey on them. I was welcomed with patience and unconditional positive regard and honestly felt comfortable and at home from day one.

My favorite thing about team sports has always been banning together to work hard and cheering each other on and there is SO MUCH of that here. The coaches are extremely knowledgable and push you to challenge yourself (as they should), but at no point have I ever felt pressured, or overwhelmed.

The gym is fantastic- equipment plentiful with a variety of weights meaning everyone has what weight/size/etc that works best for them available. The team goes ABOVE AND BEYOND as far as making the space Covid-safe and clean to the point where it's mindbogglingly awesome. The coaches are warm and welcoming and strike that tricky but impressive balance of making classes fun, yet definitely challenging. And did I mention fun? Yes, I did, but it's worth saying again and again. It is so hard and so fun. Just fantastic. I've only been here for about 6 months and I've seen awesome progress on my goals- and have no intention in stopping any time soon. If you're a crossfit veteran, or a newbie like me, TriPark is THE PLACE FOR YOU :)

This review is long overdue. To say this gym is awesome is an understatement. Tripark is incredibly welcoming with outstanding coaches who are always there to help. The community is more than just people you work out with, you are family. I’ve been at this gym since they opened and have never been disappointed. Tripark is for all exercise levels and you always get a good/challenging workout. I couldn’t imagine working out anywhere else.

I feel very comfortable at TriPark, despite being a reluctant and nervous exerciser myself. I started with Couch to CrossFit, which was an excellent way to ease into something new, but the coaches review movements every single time, so I’ve never felt confused or discouraged with any CrossFit moves or terminology. The coaches always challenge me without pushing too hard, and there’s an atmosphere of encouragement rather than competition.

When I first started at Tripark I was BLOWN AWAY at how attentive and dedicated they are to their athletes. No matter what level of fitness you are at, they take the time to make sure that you are comfortable enough with the movements before you even start taking classes. Great community and awesome workouts! This place is great for all fitness levels, and the coaches are always there to help. Plus, they have some great trial periods, so there's plenty of time to see if TriPark is a good match!

Absolutely the best cross fit in Sacramento. The trainers are welcoming and motivational. You don't have to be super fit, the trainers will tailor the workouts to your needs and level of experience. The class times range from 5:30 am to 8 pm so you can get a good workout in no matter what your schedule is.

Tripark has changed the way I view working out. When I used to think of Crossfit, I thought of rigorous workouts that were unattainable. I've never been athletic or a gym goer, however, the atmosphere at Tripark is very welcoming for all fitness levels. All of the coaches are in tune with their athletes' fitness levels and scale work outs accordingly. Tripark has helped me achieve goals I never thought possible!

Very welcoming environment! If you’re not in shape, please do not be intimidated about checking out this CrossFit gym. ALL of the coaches AND members are friendly and encourage you to do your best. Great music each class, great use of the space and they get right to the workout. Don’t believe me... Come check it out and see for yourself!
