I needed advice for a couple of items, and the guys who work there are ALWAYS so kind and helpful. It's been my neighborhood hardware store for decades!!

The clerks help you in every way that they can. Very polite people.

Great neighborhood hardware store. Employees are very helpful and greet you upon entry. They have a selection just about anything you need although the pricing is a tad bit High. If you need help loading your vehicle for heavy items they are more than happy to assist . Very convenient for local neighborhood. Highly recommend.

Was looking for replacement grills for my Weber. Staff was helpful on the phone plus when I arrived to verify the grills were the right size. Immediately helped me, plus measured my old grills to make sure they fit and threw my old ones away for me.

Very helpful and knowledgeable employees, as long as they judge you worthy to be in there store this comes from their above average natural abilities and CIA training on how to spot a shoplifter you may not feel as welcomed pulling up on your bicycle as you did in your new 4x4 work truck. A really good old fashioned hardware store that you don't find these days and employees who appreciate a familiar face

Went to see if they could reset my key fob,but it was too far gone,but they had a lot of stuff on sale,so it was worth the trip.The atmosphere is pleasant and so are the people.Thank you car guy for the advise.

The staff here are always super helpful. I had a great visit recently, any questions you have about plumbing or lighting fixtures etc. they are very knowledgeable about a lot. The manager Nicholas(I believe was his name) is a very intelligent young man and such a gentleman! If you have any questions make sure you ask for him if he's there as his knowledge is very extensive! :) Will be coming back again soon

Been a customer since I was a kid and they always have what you need for home improvement, gardening, some vehicle stuff, and fitness repair. Great customer service and when it's Christmas time best small section.

Great neighborhood hardware store. I've been shopping here for at least 30 years. I love it that the staff are so helpful and care that I'm shopping there. I prefer Ace to the big boxes that don't care if I'm there or not. Ace is THE place!

This is an outstanding neighborhood hardware store. The workers are all friendly and knowledgeable. If they don't know something they'll go find someone who does. Even the young people. I needed some technical advice about a discontinued product and truly had little hope that either of the two young bucks at the counter would have any idea. But, lo and behold! They both knew what I was asking and shared between themselves to come up with the best plan of action. This is also a treasure trove of professional grade, hard-to-find cleaning products. As well as a reliable little stash of TP at the start of the pandemic.

i called like 5 ace hardwares searching for this yeti cup and all of them were just like nope we don't have it and hung up. but anthony at this location was amazing!!!! they didn't have it in the store but he offered to have it shipped to the store for me, i didn't even know that was a thing lol he was the only one out of all the other ace employees i spoke to that offered to do this! if you're the manager of this store reading this give this man a raise period

Great stock. Great service. Good location. You feel that you are among true friends. Employees are knowledgeable about your needs even though you aren't. Just tell them what you are trying to do and they will get the goods that you need. Hope they never move!!!
