Journeys is the only shoe place I go to in Redding. The customer service is fantastic and welcoming, Chanel and her team are upbeat and ready to help. I explained to them what I was looking for and they knew exactly what I needed. I usually hate shopping but I will definitely be going back in when I need another pair of shoes this was the easiest and most comfortable experience I've had shopping in a very long time. Thanks guys!

The selection is great, but the return policy could use some updates. In an online ordering world, the in-person store need a little more to stay progressive.
