Redding River Trail

This trail kinda dope. Great view of the lake and the bridge. I enjoyed walking along it. Seemed like a cool place to hang 😎. I saw a couple of people walking it . But overall, it's super peaceful ✌. I'm definitely walking this trail again, so good luck hiking 🚶‍♂.

If you visit reading this absolute must visit! The views are breathtaking, the Sacramento river is stunning, and it's Big sky all the way!

Beautiful scenery and an excellent bike path, we enjoyed taking our e-bilke around the trail. This is something that the city should be very proud of as many cities do not have such a fine trail.

Most beautiful bike ride on a fall afternoon! Close to freeway for a nice respite as driving up or down I-5. Nice combination of sun and shade. Gorgeous pedestrian bridge. A treat for all ages.

This is one of the most beautiful places in Redding! It's a small trail but it passes by this stunning location. A great place for a picnic or a sunset!

Really incredible spot to get a great view of Redding. By far the best to get a great sunset photo of the area. The view point is only a short walk away from the parking area. (Side note) the parking area is pretty small and unmarked so be sure to arrive early if you’re hoping to view sunset on a weekend!

Redding has SO many hidden treasures...and this is one of the best!

Such a great spot. Whether you drive and just look or walk from Sundial, this is a great view. RPD could check the lot now and then as it’s gathering spot but even then, not bad.

You can never beat any of the trails in Redding, CA. They have always been amazing and they keep adding more and more. That would be one of the main things I would miss if I we're ever to leave this place 🤣

A decent length little walk to some picnic tables overlooking the River from the bluffs Great spot for a picnic or just to go for a walk and hang out. From what I could tell dogs were allowed too. The trails go allover town along the river.

Stopped on our roadtrip through Cali to stretch our legs. Was clean and had a paved walking path not to mention beautiful view of the river from a cliff above.

It's a must see when visiting Redding and it's a treasured resource that navigates through many natural areas in around the Redding community. Locals and visitors enjoy the trail system year round for biking and hiking. Beautif place to take in.

Miles of trail to explore. Gets you there with a view too! Healthy way to travel pretty much anywhere in this area. And nice for short walks too!

This is one of my favorite places in all of Redding there are so many miles of paved trails it is amazing and the views are stunning!!!!

Super beautiful area great place to bring your children I loved it, until I made a rope swing and my rope broke and I flew into the river needs more stable trees
