The new place is huge!!! They have so much more to choose from. They have gift wrapping and cards and little garden gift totes and tons and tons of books. Every section is named, so it's much easier to find what you're looking for. it's so clean and they have a little cafe. Their restrooms are very clean tons of parking. I love it.

I LOVE this new B&N! The place is the perfect place to bring family and also the perfect place to sit and get some work done. I come here frequently to work and always have the best experiences. Some of these reviews are not accurate at all and are not really constructive reviews of the place or their experiences. Also - every single interaction I've had with the staff have been WELCOMING AND ACCOMMODATING. Great addition to Redding!

This new location is amazing! So big and beautiful. I spent an hour in there just walking around looking at books. Thoroughly enjoyed myself. One of the employees (I wish I asked his name) recommended a book to me that he was very excited about and I bought it. I’ll be back!

A dear friend & I happened to drive by the new barnes & nobles & decided to stop & see what the new store had. My friend bought several books & a couple of magazines. After we left we decided to plan another trip & have a drink & spend some time talking & getting some more reading material. It was a really nice time.

The new store is absolutely beautiful and spacious. The whole store layout is easily maneuvered through and labeled above each section.
Check out is very speedy directional arrows would help some customers.

The NEW Barnes and Noble that moved to Hilltop is absolutely beautiful.
My brother and had a delightful and well made pistachio latte coffee from their coffee shop. The sweet lady that made our coffee was from another Starbucks from the Bay Area who was up here to teach and help the new employees. I’m not sure if they learned anything from her because she was doing all the work. Anyway, our coffee was hot and perfectly made. She took her time making them to perfection. Hopefully this kind of service will be taught to the Redding employees so we can have the same experience that the Bay Area people have. Thank you to the gal that made our first visit to the NEW Barnes and Noble Starbucks in Redding on Hilltop absolutely wonderful.
I give her a 5 STAR!

Well…bookstore is a rarity nowadays…this particular store is always clean and well stocked…..hopefully the trend of bookstore closure can be reversed….

Everything is so great, spread out easy to find! Well organized and not cluttered. Interact with staff was easy as well!
