Best Western Plus Hilltop Inn

Greatly exceeded our expectations. Stayed for 2 nights. The room was clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast at their restaurant had lots of choices with plenty of dining space. Staff was helpful, courteous and always had a smile when they greeted you. Only drawback was the parking being somewhat tight, but still manageable and abundant. Overall, one of the best hotel experiences we've had in a while and worthy of a positive review.

We were tired when we reached Redding. We like Best Western. It was a bit pricy but worth it. Rooms were excellent. Clean and very comfortable. For tired traveller's have and excellent restaurant in the same building for a very good supper and the next morning, a good breakfast was much appreciated. Well worth the price!

Nice room and good service. Despite being on the side of the highway, it did not bother us that much with the airco on. When you book with points that is the room you will get is my understanding so loyalty is great but has its limits...

The staff here were friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable and clean. Thisnlocation had luggage trollies and an elevator, which a lot of hotels don't have. The breakfast area was in the adjoining restaurant. We were here for two nights and we enjoyed our stay.

Stopped in Redding for the night. I chose to stay at this Best Western because of the great reviews. The cost for one night was slightly higher but it was WELL worth it. I stayed in a room near the pool. I could park near my room. There is a restaurant attached. Breakfast there is included in room price. There was also a dog run on the Freeway side of the building.

Loved the included breakfast … great food and very welcoming staff. Front desk clerks very friendly too for hotel. Comfortable beds as well. If you go to their restaurant for dinner , the fish and chips is a must!

Great place to stay. Good free breakfast and great service and food at night as well. Also beating able to get a “to go” cup to take out to the pool for a dip and a sop was really nice during the hot season. I would definitely stay again.

We drove 3 hours to a memorial service and chose the Best Western near the church hosting the service. We were delighted with the high level quality and especially the pool and spa which reminded me of Hawaiian tropical experience. Much needed solace during a sad visit.

When me and my wife travel to California we stay at this hotel love the rooms very clean and lots of room bed is very comfortable and the breakfast is amazing and so is there customer service

The place was nice. The AC unit was pretty loud, but other than that, they had a great room, wonderful breakfast, and it was an all-around nice stay. I'd stay there again.

Great location, clean room (Rm 151), King bed was terrible! Mattress needs to be replaced b/c it is lumpy & slants downward so I kept rolling off the edge!!!! Clearly children were using the mattress as a trampoline & mattress is broken. Breakfast was great, but the background music at 6:30 am was super loud hard Rock- like Bar music!!

This BW was the best in Redding. The rooms and service are clean, in great working order and above average. The amenities were also very clean and inviting. The pool and hot tub areas were well stocked with clean towels and the water in both were pristine.

We only stayed one night after a wedding, but the restaurant attached to the hotel was wonderful. We had the steak fries w/ fries and a strawberry beet salad. Both tasted perfect. The room was clean and had no odor. The same restaurant was where the breakfast buffet was served and that too was great. It included hot pancakes, eggs, large sausages, biscuits, gravy, and even fresh baked cinnamon rolls, in addition to the standard fare. We will be staying here again.

Newly renovated with all modern furnishings and decor. Cleanest room we have ever rented! It even has smooth floors so I didn't have to imagine what sort of grimey things might be stuck in the carpet.

The entire staff was hard at work and very friendly. The pool and spa were pristine. Great breakfast too. The whole family just loved every aspect of this place! We will definitely stay again!

We rented the remodeled rooms coming and going from s. Cali from OR. I felt safe and the rooms are clean and fresh feeling. The pool decking is newer and the hot tub was a nice feature after a long drive, wish the jets were more powerful but does the tick. Hotel seemed quiet at night, even though it was busy place. The breakfast is served out of their restaurant which has I would say above ave food with real OJ, apple juice, serving real bacon, eggs, biscuits and gravy and they change up the carb, it attracts an evening crowd and for a hotel restaurant says a lot. I like a strong coffee so I bring my own but they have everything to get that cup Jo before you go.I had looked at Hilton and they were more expensive and no breakfast, so with a family of 4 it was more convenient to eat here and of course costs less.

Loved the service, and respect. Great breakfast to start your day. 30 minutes from Monterey Bay Aquarium. That's why we stayed. Most reasonable price for all the greatness it came with! Thanks!

Very clean and I enjoyed the new restaurant. I noticed the changes and upgrades in the room. These things made for a very enjoyable stay. The Fitness Center was also a real plus. I Asiago liked the fact shutters. That was very very nice.

Always get a great night's rest here and the breakfast is awesome

For a 2 star hotel this place was excellent! Friendly staff, quick check in, super clean clean room that had zero smell and was nicely updated. The bed and pillows were comfy and the pool was open! The most amazing part is the restaurant next door (food was delicious) and the complimentary breakfast! Price is reasonable too. Definitely stay here!

Very clean hotel. Lobby is updated and really nice. The staff is very nice. The breakfast (free) is probably the best I've had at a Hotel. The restaurant on premises is amazing. Great fish and chips, and pepperoni pizza, and shrimp tacos. Highly recommend
