SureStay Plus By Best Western Redding

Stayed here while visiting some family in the area the place is nice, clean, and we were fortunate enough to have quiet neighbors. Nothing truly spectacular, but definitely no problems either, and for me that's all I need when it comes to a hotel room.

Nice, clean room. Pet friendly.
In room Coffee pot & supplies, refrigerator/freezer, microwave & flat screen TV and breakfast is included.

They also have a washer & dryer available for use.

Love the hot tub!.... The bed was beautiful. Clean white linens .....clean room...couch....desk..chair...micro...fridge...dresser ...TV..lots of room.... We come to Redding once a month and we seem to stay here every time. So far ...so good......

This is a great place Even if you're stopping because of weather or if you're seeing the sights in Redding hospitality was amazing. The rooms were very clean!

After two long days of travel we decided to stop at this hotel at the last minute. We were greeted by Melita who is beyond professional and efficient. My status as an elite member was recognized and we were upgraded to a suite. The room was very comfortable and also very clean. I will stop there again and I sure hope they keep this employee and treat her as a "gem". Great service.

I don't understand why this place has bad reviews. I chose this place over motel 6 because this place is 1000x better!!! The room was clean and the customer service agent at the front desk was everything 🙌 the pool was beautiful and the breakfast was great! The Ac worked amazingly compared to motel 6! Next time we come back we will 100% stay here!

Not sure why all the negative reviews. The staff was friendly without being annoying like at many places nowadays. They got us checked in to a very nice room, the AC was cold on a hot night and not super noisy. Bed was comfortable enough for a cheap hotel (that's what this is nowadays, deal with it). The freezer actually froze our ice packs for our cooler so we had cold drinks for our road trip home. Super close to restaurants like Black Bear Diner and Dennys. Fast food in adjacent lots. My only complaint was someone pulled up at midnight one of the nights we were there with a sound system in their car that was literally shaking the windows in our room and stuff falling off the table from rattling around. Only lasted a few minutes before I heard them leave. Luckily we weren't trying to sleep yet, but that would have been annoying if we needed to get an early start the next day.

TV's are from the early 2000's and do not have HDMI inputs if you're like us and bring your own device. Bring a portable projector, the walls are plain and light colored enough to work in a pinch. :)

Location not so god the only thing plenty of bad movement outside/ I still felt safe and could rest well, also fast exit and entry to highway on my way.

Great place and very clean with great staff. Pool is indoors and not heated so swimming early March was difficult lol. Hot tub was turned off. But indeed a great place to stay as we were just there for one night but ended up staying three. Also, join their club and get some great perks...I did.

Absolutely wonderful customer service, front desk staff have been extremely helpful and have worked with me alot to make it possible to enjoy my stay.....Housekeepers are very attentive to the rooms making sure the rooms are sanitary and cleaned to perfection. Breakfast is a big bonus....usually the owner is doing the breakfasts which was nice to see. also the pool is extremely nice and clean....i feel safe there....would revommend here for your. next stay...

Beautifully clean. Large room, looks newly remodeled. Bright vanities, huge beds; best sleep I've had in a hotel in a long time. Room was not ready when we arrived but they were happy to immediately accommodate. Lots of nearby food options, gas stations and pharmacies, as well as easy access to the freeway. I'll definitely stay here again next time I am in the area.

Great Rates, customer service is always so sweet and helpful. My favorite place to stay away from home.

The rooms were way better than expected, pleasantly surprised, and the complimentary breakfast was nice, and the pool stays open until 10:00 PM

Great location good staff Sabrina was awesome. She took care of everyone who checked in on her shift. Very friendly person. Always ensured there was fresh hot coffee available.

Excellent customer service. I stayed here after being evacuated due to the Fawn fire. I believe all rooms were booked but we still had a peaceful night. Surestay Plus is a pet-friendly hotel and my Rosie had a nice time!

Friendly, Efficient, Clean, Comfortable Room, RV Parking (would be really tight for a truck wouldn't recommend, there is some street parking), Plenty of Hot Water with good pressure, They offer good value for what they charge. If I am passing through the area again and need a place to catch a few hours sleep I will definitely stay here again. (Actually kinda overslept bed was comfortable and the place was pretty quiet).

Enjoyed our stay.. nice quiet place...friendly staff.. first room was a bit tight for a wheel chair... but the rest was good.. roll in shower, second room was great really spacious... mileada front desk gal was super helpful with all we needed... thank you will be back when we come back your way...

Got the room with a hot tub in it, great view only thing we didn't like was the ultra soft bed, so if ya like soft its perfect for ya
