Holiday Inn Express & Suites Redding, an IHG Hotel

During my recent stay ,I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service provided by Cassie and Carlie!!! Their professionalism and attentiveness made my experience truly memorable. For my whole stay, they ensured everything went smoothly and were always ready to assist with a smile. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding customer service. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable!

We were so grateful for the service that was given, while we stayed at the Holiday Inn express in Redding California. Sara helped us at the front desk to check in and did it with a smile and willingness to answer any questions I had. When we called her at the front desk when we noticed our fridge wasn’t working, she brought us a new fridge for our room. We got the pleasure to work with her again when we checked out and she was so kind and sweet. The three teenage boys that I had with me even commented on how happy she seemed. We loved interacting with Sara.

I had an amazing experience here! Me and my family were traveling through town and the front desk clerk Sara was absolutely amazing! She got us the perfect room , clean, no problems at all and helped me with some directions in town as well! She was very kind and professional, we will definitely be back when we come back to town !

Cassie and Sara were so amazing, checked me in nice and quickly and gave me great dinner recommendations and gave me a great room right outside the elevator door. I love that. I travel a lot for work, but their customer service is the best I have ever had in my entire life. Will definitely come back.

Cassie and Carlie were great people to deal with on my business adventure. From booking rooms every week to sometimes schedule changes these girls were on it! If something wasn’t right they made it right! Super Thankful!! Great place to stay!

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. A huge shoutout to Cassie, Carlie, Robin, Nate, Izzy and Darrell! To have a staff like this crew is a wonderful thing for an owner to have, they must be blessed! Amazing atmosphere and clean rooms. The breakfast is top tier, I will continue to do my Redding business at this Hotel.

We have stayed at this hotel a couple times and the high quality of service and attention to detail remains. The staffs is amazing, the rooms have been comfortable and immaculate.
In past years we have stayed elsewhere when we've been in redding.
Now we wouldn't dream of staying anywhere other than Holiday inn express.
The only thing that needs improvement, in my opinion, is the ice machines didn’t seem to be working so we had to go all the way to the front desk and ask for some which the front desk lady sara was very nice and polite about helping us and making us feel right at home.

Took my family on a long road trip and arrived here at the hotel with no booking reservation and only needed 1 night to stay. Carlie was so extremely sweet, welcoming and helpful to get us a room. She made sure we had what we needed pillows and blanket wise and everything! Carlie is a true wonderful human being and our stay here was great! 100% recommend

Room was clean! The ladies at the desk, Cassie and Carlie were super nice and very friendly. Gave me a few dinner suggestions! Because of the hospitality from these young ladies, I have found my new hotel to stay at during my travels!

Cassie and Sara at the front desk are great very caring and professional, they are amazing at their jobs. The hotel is clean and quiet, lots of things to do in the area. I will definitely come back to this hotel!

I came to stay here for a family birthday weekend. It was a great stay, highly recommend coming here. Service was nice, the pool was awesome. The desk lady Sarai was so sweet and polite and helped me with all of my questions. Thank you Hilton Inn Staff!

This hotel has excellent service. Sara the front desk lady got me checked in no problem, answered all my questions excellent service from her. The room was very clean and comfortable. Great place to stay.

I enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn Express. The front desk girls Cassie & Carly made my stay. Big smiles, warm aura and quick check in. The rooms are extremely clean and lots of options of food around.

It was a very pleasant stay. Cleanliness is important to my wife and I. It was very clean. The location of this hotel is very convenient as well. Right off the 5 freeway and there are lots of restaurants around.

Cassie and Carlie provide such a warm welcome! It's always appreciated when on long travels. Will be coming back just for the service alone.

I stay at this hotel quite a lot. I have never had a bad experience. It is even consistent when there are different staff members. There are two staff members that stand out Cassie and Carlie At the front desk. When you see them, you’ll know right away. Big smiles, and super funny.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE LOVE LOVED my experience here at the Holiday Inn! I’ll save everyone the story time, but to sum it up, extremely clean, neat, organized, quick and easy check in, and the most important part, WONDERFUL STAFF!!!!! Especially Ms. Sara and Ms. Cassy <3 thank you so much!
