Very nice! We were surprised that our room had such a well-stocked kitchen. Very comfortable beds, too. Even had a dining table for 4. We will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is your standard fare, but what makes this place amazing is the staff.

Upon check-in, Devyn made us feel like family. She was helpful and friendly and very welcoming. She offered suggestions on how to walk to dinner and was very kind. When she went over the usual check-out, bfast times etc, she acted as if it weren't the eleventy-billionth time

The breakfast attendant (didn't get his name) was on top of it.. Depsite the flow of people, nothing ever ran out. And the selection was not small.

As a Marriott Bonvoy member, I found this location to be excellently managed and a great value in terms of "points." Check-in was smooth and quick. The room was clean and well-appointed. The king-size bed was a bit firm but manageable. The A/C and heating worked as expected, and all other amenities were in good order. Breakfast was standard for Marriott, with a mix of cold and hot offerings, including eggs and sausage. Thanks for the stay!

Great hotel for the price, big and clean rooms and amazing support by the desk team (special thanks to the young woman at the reception who helped me with the washer machine and the small change!)

Full breakfast, well-equipped fitness room, heat and a/c worked fine, full breakfast with fresh oatmeal, waffle maker, sausage, ham, eggs, and more.

This is a great hotel. If someone needs somewhere to stay to do work especially then this is a good choice. The closet is gigantic there is all the things you need in a very nice little kitchenette and there is a really good desk that you could get work done at. I found the room to be clean. The bedding is all the wonderful Marriott betting you expect and the personality hotel that I ran into were all pleasant and friendly. We have already booked an additional stay.

Our room was comfortable and clean. We noted the furnishings such as sofa & bathroom cabinets were showing wear & tear. Never the less, it was an enjoyable stay!

The staff is friendly and the place is clean. They start breakfast at 5:30 every morning which is great for those of us staying there for work. Even when the hotel was full it was still pretty quit. For me the bed was perfect, I slept great

Stayed at this Marriott property during a brief trip to the Redding area. Room was practically as large as an equivalent room at Marriott’s Residence Inn. Front desk staff were very helpful at check in and departure. Rooms very well appointed; kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, good sized kitchen counter. Living area had large table and chairs, comfortable couch. Closet space in bedroom was adequate for jackets and shirts. Separate thermostat controls in living & sleeping areas. Cleanliness was consistent with what one would expect from Marriott. Breakfast was simple fare - packaged combination croissant or bagel, oatmeal, milk, juice, cereal. Good sized downstairs public area for breakfast seating. One of the largest elevators I’ve ever seen at this four-story Residence Inn (likely required by building ‘ fire & safety code). A nice feature when moving a cart full of ‘stuff.’ We were very happy regarding the conspicuous signage notifying guests of ‘quiet hours’ hotel policy.

Marriott management and staff are well trained in emergency procedures and guest protection. This is one of the main reasons we are loyal to Marriott brand properties.

We enjoyed staying at this Town Place Suites and will definitely return.

I stay in hotels, specifically Marriott line, all over the country and this had to be some of the best service I’ve ever received! The gentleman at the front desk was so friendly and helpful! Same for the morning breakfast staff and speaking of breakfast LOVED that they started at 5 AM. I almost always miss breakfast with my stays.

Only stayed one night but was absolutely what we needed for our family, including my 3 year old. Has a kitchenette with full size dishwasher and microwave. Pretty large sized fridge too and kitchen sink with dish soap provided. Room and bathroom was clean. Good size closets and large desk and storage area. Front desk was helpful too.

I love this location. It’s tucked away in a corporate plaza yet easily accessible to the entertainment the city has to offer. The staff is 5 star quality. I’ve been traveling a long time and the front desk is the most friendly and attentive staff I’ve seen. In particular, Evan and Hugo. I needed a blanket and they both promptly brought it up to my room is a matter of moments.

Really nice staff, within walking distance of some restaurants, and very clean, well designed rooms. Having just stayed at a La Quinta, it felt like a 5 million star hotel by comparison. Also, very pet friendly. My corgi approved as well.

Loved the spaciousness of the room, big closet to put the luggage away, kitchen with full size fridge and kitchenware if you need it. There is room at the dining table for 6.

Have stayed here twice now, both times have been excellent. Great service from the front desk staff, rooms in excellent condition, and very comfortable beds. LOVE that they have rooms with king beds - not something you can always find with Towneplace Suites. Would gladly stay here again.

This is the very best place that we have ever stayed at. We have been to many motels and hotels in our lives ( my husband was a truck driver for many years). The staff have been so helpful and friendly and respectful too! The room is very clean and the housecleaning staff provides everything that we ask for. We are staying here while we look for local housing and our room has a full kitchen ( full size refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, toaster, coffee pot,cook stove and even a blender! It also has all the dishes and pots and pans, silverware, our kitchen is fully stocked! Right now they are still serving a modified breakfast with coffee, bagels and mini muffins, this is because of the covid virus. The gym is closed at this time and so is the swimming pool but the outside dining tables can be used and the lobby has two televisions and comfortable seating. We are able to use the chairs that are around the pool but the pool is not open yet. Our dogs are welcome and we see lots of other dogs here too! We see lots of people here, some are working people and lots of families too! We have met several people from other countries and everyone seems to be happy and enjoying there stay here! We would recommend this place as a great home away from home for everyone, from a single person to large families! The rooms are large, studios, one bedroom and two bedrooms, they are beautiful and we know that anyone that stays here will be taken care of and leave here without any complaints and also will tell everyone about this hotel!

Fantastic. Very close to numerous restaurants and the small suite was spacious, with a nice size refrigerator, small kitchen, desk, couch and a bathroom the size of ours at home. The room looked brand new, as if we were the first to use it--very clean. An so very quiet. Didn't hear one door slam or anyone talking--unlike the previous place we stayed. Definately staying here again in the future.

TownePlace Suites by Marriott Redding has never turned me down! I liked its spacious guestroom, full kitchen and sofa. It was quiet and safe. The only downside was that there were not too many dining and shopping options nearby within walking distance; but with just a few minutes driving you could find plenty of them. By the way they did provide hot breakfast buffet but not many choices.
