N&C Property Management

I rented through N &C Property management for two years and they were an absolute joy to work with. They worked with me and were very transparent from start to finish. Rent was fair market value and they really cared about the upkeep of the property and were very responsive about a few minor repairs. They cared about the welfare of my family and our well-being. If given the opportunity I would rent from them again.

N & C Property Management has been absolutely wonderful to work with since day one. I have rented through several rental agencies and none of them compare to the professionalism I have experienced with N & C. I can trust every thing is organized and taken care of. Amy and April take their job very seriously while maintaining a relaxing atmosphere where I was comfortable deciding my new home. I am very happy to say I rent through N & C. The property I rented was clean and ready to move in right away. I would like to thank AMAZING Amy and April, and of course Property Management for the convenience they have provided me when it comes to renting a home. I will always go through N & C First when renting in St. George. If you don’t believe me, then good luck without N & C. You will need it.

My friend and I rented a condo through N&C Property this past year and they were nothing short of amazing! Amy & Diane made us feel welcomed, were quick to accommodate our needs, and maintained clear communication with us throughout the year. We had an issue with the residents below us that smoked cigarettes which made our apartment smell extremely unpleasant. Even though their unit was privately owned, Diane was quick to set up an Ozone treatment and place odor reduction filters in our air vents. Problem solved! And I must add, every time I went to the office to pay rent, Amy was very sweet and treated me like a dear friend. Anyways, the bottom line is that N&C property is a 10/10! They are fabulous people who run their business with integrity so if you are considering renting through this company, DO IT!!

I was a little hesitant about this company, but they have gone above and beyond! I talk to Amy on a regular basis and she is one of the most friendly people I have met! Diane has been so good to call us when there has been a problem and gave us a heads up and offered different things we could do that she personally has tried and worked. I feel so lucky that not only do we rent a beautiful home, but we have one of the best property managements I have ever worked with! I cannot say enough good things about them!

I want to preface this review by saying that we are not and have never been tenants of N&C Property Management. However, I wanted to take a moment to speak to the kindness and helpfulness of the N&C team. My fiancé and I made the decision to move to St George and had only a month to locate a rental. We watched the property boards like a hawk and one after another, we were beat to the punch by other applicants. Someone then suggested that we reach out to N&C. We had the pleasure of speaking and working with Amy. Amy was patient, kind, and took many steps to help us line up a place despite some curveballs that we threw at her. In a geographical area where we were just more of the thousands of eager and hopeful renters, Amy treated us like people and went out of her way to do everything that she could to help us land somewhere. The only reason that we didn't end up renting through N&C was because a friend rented us their home. While we can't say anything about the company's services after that initial process, we can say that it was a pleasure to work with Amy.

N&C Property Management was super awesome. We had a huge time crunch to try and find a place to rent. They were very quick and professional. They were very nice. We found a place to rent, but it got rented out the next day. However, they called us the next day letting us know that they had another place open that allowed medium sized dogs, which is extremely hard to find in St. George. People sure don't like pets here. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

My roommates and I are college students who did not know very much about renting outside of student housing. N&C has been very helpful with the whole process. They were very friendly and inviting. April, Amy, and Kim have all been available for questions and concerns. The townhouse we rent is basically knew and has been kept up. N&C has fixed everything we have had a problem with (which hasn't been much). I would rent from them in a heartbeat!

My wife and I have rented from other Property Management places before, and our experience with N&C Property Management was one of the best ones we have had. Everyone in the office is super friendly and very easy to work with. Whenever we had a maintenance issue or any other type of issue, N&C made sure that everything was taken care of quickly and professionally. If you are thinking of renting a place through this company, I would highly recommend it.

We recently were looking for a house to rent and I came across N&C Property Management online they had quite a few houses we were interested in so we went to the office and the receptionist was extremely helpful, She was able to show us a few houses in our price range and with help we found one we absolutely love! These girls went above and beyond to help us get into our new home. N&C Property Management is the best place to rent from not only are they friendly they are so helpful and will work to get you the home you need. If you need to find a home N&C is the place to help you find your home.
Looking for a new place to live can be very frustrating and stressful and these gals definitely made the experience 100% better! Thank You for helping my family find a beautiful home.

Ive been renting a place through N&C since July 2014. They have been nothing short of amazing! They are quick to resolve any issues or problems that may come up. The staff there is super friendly & they are great to communicate with their tenants, which is very rare to find when working w property management companies. Before I even had the chance to meet Amy in person I felt like I had made a new friend. She was so personable! Diane was very accommodating in meeting our needs! It can be scary going through rental agencies because they have been known to take advantage. With the way we were treated I definitely felt at ease using N&C Properties. N&C property management are so welcoming. The min we walked in husband & I were pleased,I love how they greet their costumer with loyalty, very understandable about what your price ranage & places you want. I love the energy how they greet people and make you feel like your important. We wish we would of known them along time ago or else I would never be renting from the renters I rent from now. If anything I would definitly recommend "ANYONE" to go through them if you are looking to move. Thank you N&C property management for everything cant wait to move into our place. Unfortunately, I cannot undo what anyone else feels or thinks. I can however say, that while employed with N and C, I tried my hardest to be fair and honest with every tenant. The reviews you see here that are positive, they are not fabricated. They are from actual happy tenants. There were some mis-understandings with "Kate Smith" (which is not even her real name), and unfortunately, she missed the deadline to have issues taken care of. Even at that, I tried to find a fair resolution. Some people just cannot be pleased. I know her perception is different than what my goal was, but I cannot change that.
As for "Michael Johnson" I do not even have a tenant on record under that name. If there was a true concern, it was never brought to my attention. We require proof of carpets cleaned from EVERY tenant, and even if the company that cleaned it closed down (which is a LIE, that conversation never happened. N and C uses reputable companies and I have never intentionally hid information from a tenant)we would have proof. Again, if this is even a legit complaint, I apologize that you felt I was unprofessional, as I worked diligently to create relationships with each tenant.
I am no longer with N and C, but I did enjoy working for the company. I have moved on to other endeavors, but I know Diane and Amy will do a great job.

I'm just finishing up my first year renting from N&C and to be honest i was kind of skeptical going through a property management company. But they definately live up to the recommendations that people had told me prior to renting from them. Anytime i have needed anything from them their on it. The grounds in my complex are always taken care of and clean and the neighbors are great. I'll definately be renewing my lease!!

LOVE this company! Everyone in the office is so sweet, it is the only company we found that are accepting of dogs which is really hard to come by in St. George. We are buying a house soon otherwise we would definitely be renting with N&C forever :)

We have been with them for 5 years and 2 moves. They are fantastic. Very helpful, honest, kind, and fair. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone. I wouldn’t rent from anyone else.
