Quick Quack Car Wash

First time visiting Quick Quack Car Wash on Churn Creek and Dana, right where the old Jack in the Box used to be. I was assisted by Sean, Adrien and a blonde haired girl (didn’t catch her name). I inquired about how to purchase an unlimited membership since I live a few minutes away, and they made the process quick and easy for me.

Adrien also provided a dash wipe and brought out fresh microfiber towels since my vacuum station only had a couple left. Excellent service and a great attitude from the employees here, will absolutely make this a daily stop on my commute.

Best Carwash in Redding hands down! My car always ends up super clean and their vacuums work so good and so fast! They have wet towels for after, to help you clean whatever else you need to clean. Well staffed, quick and friendly service!

Very nice setup speedy and organized. I love the hours of operation 7am -9pm The only competition is 8am-6:00 p.m for a regular working person that doesn't work very good It's the reason I canceled my membership very early Quick Quack also two locations here and nearly finished building a new one right next to my house 😀
My only complaint is they don't have a bathroom while I was vacuuming the moisture from the car washmade me need to go pretty bad

Dylan Metz at quick quack car wash was so helpful! He spent time greeting us and made sure we were taken care of! He had a smile on his face the whole time we were in contact with him! I love going to quick quack car wash and always am asking if he’s working because he gives the best care and loves what he does! He deserves a raise! Puts his heart into his work!

Superb! My first time using a Quick-Quack (I don’t live in the area). Super easy to access and pay. The attendants were all super friendly and happy to assist with my questions. Fast too! Whole wash was about 2 minutes long. But well done. Good, strong driers at the end was a big plus as well.

Absolutely love this place! Great dryers compared to other car washes in Redding, and they have microfiber towels for everyone to dry any spots it missed, and fantastic vacuums so strong all the dust on my floor boards disappeared in seconds. Thank you to Adam for the air freshener! 🥳

Vanna was very professional helpful and sweet. The service was prompt I didn't catch the kid's name inside the car wash guiding you but he was very welcoming and upbeat. Car looks great!! I like the set up in the vacuum service area with the microfiber rags sprayers and vacuums work very well!

This car wash was awesome! Really does a great job cleaning your car, but in addition to that, the employees go above and beyond! We had a family night and our kids wanted to go through the fun new car wash (which really is fun) the employee who pre-sprayed the car drew a smiley face on the window for my kids and they loved it. It was so fun we actually went through two times in a row (I bought the membership) I can’t recommend it enough. They definitely made a loyal customer out of me!

10/10 would recommend! Thank you to Dylan, for taking his time to explain different car wash packages and membership options. The strong vacuum and damp rags are a very nice touch. The duck was the best part!

I am so happy we have one of these out here in Redding ,California. I've been there twice great customer service everyone was so pleasant great job on my car and I got the membership you can't beat it great deal 💞💯

Devon and Adan were AMAZING! I totally missed that I couldn’t put my rooftop box through the wash… those guys took it off for me AND put it back on when I was done. Taking off the box was tricky because it’s old, but the guys who helped was super gracious and kind. I’m really grateful for their help.

Also… take off your rooftop box before you get here!

Been coming to quick quack for a while and the service is great! Everyone's always smiling and engaging, helping when possible. Dylan is there about Everytime I go and his services are great he goes above and beyond. The area is well maintained and supplies always stocked.

Adan was super friendly and nice. Answered all my questions! Will be back for sure! I can’t stop coming back!

Very happy to be a member. Staff overall is great, but Sean is incredible. I appreciate how easy it is to use the car wash and it is impossible to overstate how helpful and friendly everyone working there is. Five stars.

Great place! I lost a snap-on grill piece in the wash (not their fault at all) and Joe H. found it for me. Super friendly staff!!!

Didn’t wash my car with them. Was my first time and I asked to use the vacuum only, the staff showed me the way and said that’s fine. Didn’t expect that there is no time limit on vacuum but more surprisingly it’s free and looks like included with the car wash price. And the vacuum cleaning station is the best I’ve ever seen anywhere

Adan was our attendant. He was very informative. We really loved the experience. One rep took our feedback regarding the need for a yield sign at the entrance. The graphics and colors inside the carwash are really fun for the kids, and they commented that the car already smelled great before the soap was even rinsed. We were pleasantly surprised that the vacuums were so powerful. They provide microfiber towels to dry your car. We got a dash wipe and a great smelling air freshener while we were vacuuming. Definitely 10/10. We immediately canceled our Premiere subscription!
