Without question hands down the best in the butcher business! Kent and his team are professional, kind, and give you a great product. Kent's person-ability and his old recipes are winners. Not to mention his mid-west values are a plus. I will not go elsewhere as long as Kent is in business!

Great place to get beef, pork, and chicken. We drive 2.5 hours to go there. Kent, the owner, is incredibly knowledgeable about the product.

We give it a 5 star rating. He does what he is asked to do if it's possible. If something is not right he'll make it right. You just have to talk to him.
