I just want to say you guys should give Denise a raise! She is the best and was so sweet to me and my friend she really connects with the customers! Such a good employee & person! I loved her vibes and I’ll definitely be coming back to see her again!!

The Rite-Aid in Santa Paula has the best pharmacy staff. We appreciate the knowledge of the pharmacists, who are extremely helpful by sharing their knowledge about medicines. They also remind us about upcoming vaccinations and provide updated records of them.

Associates are friendly and helpful as well. It is always a pleasure to visit this store.

I have been coming to the Rite Aid store in Santa Paula for many years. The level of customer service there is beyond average.

Pharmacy is great and the Pharmacists are amazing, cause as busy as they are they still make the time to explain thoroughly each and every medication. They don't rush and make sure you understand before you leave.
