La Bou Bakery & Cafe

Came here and ordered an Iced Mocha and the strawberry cream cheese croissant, both very delicious. It was around 10am with a few people in line, but service was fast and efficient (only waited a couple minutes for my coffee). Employees were nice and polite, very much recommend for a fast and delicious breakfast. If Im back in Sacramento, ill be revisiting here :)

Today was me and my husband's second time at this location. We ordered the Mediterranean Turkey and California Turkey sandwich combo with a Cesar salad and they were very tasty. I so recommend this location to anyone. The customer service is awesome very welcoming people. In my opinion it might be a bit pricy but I do believe they are worth there money. We came for the tomato bisque soup but they were out today. No problem we'll be back soon. Food taste fresh and clean. First time today trying there cookies yummy. Thank you to the staff who made our order well and treated us with respect. We will be back 😊

Delicious and nice staff!

Very affordable for great coffee (quality espresso) and quick eats. They are always friendly at this location, it never takes longer than a few minutes for a salad or sandwich, and they still have the $4 sliced whole baguette with two dill sauces (best deal around for sure).

The girls there are very nice, they bring your food to your table. It's very calm and relaxing music playing and the lights all dim I came here for breakfast I got the croissant it's so yummy. Come early because they take off breakfast at 11 a.m.

It was my first time coming to this La Bou, and everything tasted so good. This cafe uses fresh ingredients, and you can taste the freshness. The owner is so sweet and kind. She came out to the dinning area to say hello to the customers. I will definietly come back here.

Classic tuna sandwich with croissant was amazing worth the money, perfect for grab and go.

Good food, relatively quick service. This place gets packed at lunch, so plan accordingly. The menu is not huge, and the food is simple but tasty lunch fair made with fresh ingredients. They also have home made ice tea, a favorite of mine.

Top energy their coffee that they serve here stronger and more affective than starbucks. Salads n soups. Sour dough bread with dill sauce yum. And the coffee is from san fransisco company called capricorn. Excellent.

I go here every day and the staff is always courteous. Gabby in particular. I highly recommend this place to anyone if they work downtown and need to grab a quick bite and some caffeine .

Got Mother’s Day tri tip dinner and it was absolutely amazing and delicious!!! Will definitely be ordering again from this location. Great staff too!!

I really LOVE 💞 their Apple Cake and the California Turkey sandwich on the Walnut bread yummy oh and the Butter Lettuce Salad is one of my favorites🌷
