I recently had the pleasure of working with Ebone' Pope to find a new carrier for our home insurance. Ms. Pope was nothing but
professional, and she worked tirelessly to help us. Not only did she respond promptly to my messages, she answered all of my questions and gave us options and advice to make our decision
easier. I can't sing her praises enough or thank her enough for all
of her help and hard work.

I have been working with Laura Buscio and Wendy Pyle for many years and I have always been delighted with their service. They respond to my questions or requests in a timely manner, they provide exceptional support to my business, and they are just very funny and sweet to work with. I would definitely recommend them.

A new broker contacted us and provided decent customer service. Increased from 1 to 3 stars.

Terrible office. Massive agent turnover (we have someone new every time we contact or are contacted), they never answer the phones, they don't return calls, they don't follow-up on claims and they take a year to follow-up with us regarding insurance company information requests. I highly recommend using a different independent broker; although finding good insurance brokers these days is tough.

Good luck getting ahold of anyone. I have been relentlessly calling for over 2 weeks and cannot get a single soul to call back. Had our water heater leak into our unit as well as 2 below us and haven't even been able to begin to file a claim! I have never in my life left a review of any business but this is absolutely ridiculous! I have my floors and drywall cut out but can't begin to start any repairs because I can't get the insurance company to call me back! I wouldn't even deal with it if this weren't the insurance of my HOA company.

We were customers of PNI and had nothing but a great experience. Just realized it’s been taken over by Hub International - how does one contact them? Mails to the email id dont go thru. Everytime I call it says heavy call volume and press 1 to leave a message. When I press 1 nothing happens!

Have no idea how this place stays in business. Zero customer service, zero communication, zero anything. One of the worst business experiences I've ever had. As you can see I'm not alone. There are plenty of other reviews reiterating the same dismal complaints. Look elsewhere unless you're desperate to waste your time.

Their insured Watson Asphult negligence broke the windshield in my car. I have dash cam video of the event, which clearly shows the debris leaving the back of their insured truck and hitting my car. This cost me $2700 to replace. The insurance company was sent the video and they stood by claiming they didn't recive the video. Very shady operation. Sad to see so many terrible insurance companies ripping people off. If I was shopping for insurance I would bet they rip off their customers too.

One of the worst businesses I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Rude and could care less about a client level of service. I would suggest going anywhere else. You won't be happy here. If I could give negative stars I would. They have to be one of the worst ever.
