Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Moorpark Ventura County

Rooms were very clean. Lovely views of mountains on fourth floor. Beds were comfortable. Front desk was very friendly and helpful. They were genuinely interested in how you were liking your stay. Employees in breakfast area were also very helpful. Housekeeping was also pleasant and helpful.

Good things came to me here maybe im just lucky..
But the rooms are clean checking in out is fast and eas. Staff is nice and respectfull hoghly recomend fairfoeld. Its walking distance to groceru stores and fast food restaurants..

A really great place. It's still newish so it looks new and is clean and inviting. It's location is great for Moorpark, which is obviously small. It's been great to stay here.

The workers appear to care. Everyone I've met is friendly or cordial, and since the rooms are clean, I'm guessing they are happy workers as well.

I've stayed there 7 times already do I know that they are consistent too!!

This place was awesome,clean,spacious I wish I would have stayed more than 1 night it's on my list to go back when I want to get away breakfast wasn't bad either.😋

One of the cleanest and most accommodating hotels I have ever been in! I got an early check in, The staff is super friendly, the breakfast was amazing, the hotel is so clean and the pool was amazing to be At as well because it was warm out. I will definitely be staying here again soon

Everything was clean, the beds were comfy, and the bathrooms were nice. We stayed here last Christmas and we’re staying here again this holiday season. Love how it’s near the freeway and easy to find. Breakfast had a nice variety. Love this place.

We made a reservation at this hotel last minute on memorial weekend while visiting Moorpark for a travel ball team tournament. The rates were reasonable, the rooms were beautiful, and the customer service was above and beyond. My youngest son left his favorite blanket in one of the two rooms that we stayed in. Several days later we realized we left the blanket there. The hotel reached out to us and asked us if we had left a blanket. We were so surprised, as that has never happened anywhere we've stayed and left something behind. They kept the blanket at the front desk for three weeks until someone was able to get out there and pick it up, being we live over 2 hours away. BEST customer service ever! I was so completely impressed with not only the immaculate and beautiful hotel, the team who works here is absolutely amazing! Thank you!

I don't typically rank hotels but this is a newer location so I figured it may help would be travelers

Location is incredibly clean and well appointed.

Rooms are perfectly kept, clean smelling, looking etc

Breakfast area, offerings and service during are all fantastic

Service at front desk is great

We never used housekeeping so I'm unable to give feedback in that regard.

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful new property and were pleasantly surprised. The decor, service and cleanliness standards are stellar. Staying during the Covid-19 pandemic, we didn’t expect breakfast or housekeeping services, but were still offered a grab and go bag in the morning, explained the pool wasn’t open yet and our temperature was taken. All these precautions and disclosures made us feel so much more comfortable. We will be back!

I had to stay for more than 4 days and because of the people, this hotel feels / felt like home. I was honestly sad to leave and Kim and Neysa are super sweet! The color scheme makes it peaceful. The cleanliness, and willingness of the staff to make things right, is why I really like this hotel. Neysa, Roman, Kim, Andrew, Zalma, George and more... have ALL been accommodating, friendly, and warm. Every morning at breakfast Neysa greeted me with kindness. I felt seen, heard, and valuable. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel and I will be returning soon! Thank you Fairfield Moorpark!

Staff were so friendly from the moment we walked in. Kim was quick with the check-in and provided us with pool and breakfast information. The room was clean with enough space - we had two queen beds. The water pressure in the shower was strong.

An extremely popular hotel for wedding parties getting married in and around Moorpark. We spoke with three different groups who were in town, all for weddings at three different Moorpark locations. They loved the hotel, it's location, and the wedding venues.

Seems Moorpark really did need a nice, new hotel.

At first I was quite disappointed in this hotel due to the fact that the website I booked through stated they had roll away beds but instead, they actually only had an inflatable bed. I expressed my disappointment to the front staff, and thanks to Zalma, Andrew, and Antoinetta, they did everything they could with such kindness to ensure my stay was comfortable. Thanks again for the great customer service!

Loved this hotel. Breakfast was awesome and staff very polite and informative. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. They have a gym, and indulged!

Room was not ready on time but the staff was very kind and helpful in getting another room. Room was clean and very new looking. Breakfast is average, but fine.

Right off freeway, up hill so no car noise, great staff, beautiful pool, rooms are very roomy .

Excellent place to stay for this class of hotel. Updated bathrooms- nicely done!
