I have had two exceptional experiences with this company: 2018 and 2023. I coordinated a group of 75 travelers to The Holy Land in 2018 and was so pleased that I returned with another group this year.

Friendship Tours handles everything with the utmost professionalism and care. From making flight arrangements, reserving hotels and organizing the tour itinerary; Friendship Tours epitomizes excellence!! The lodging, meals and tours were superior. The tour guides are knowledgeable and their expertise enhances the trip immeasurably!

Unfortunately, after much prayer, our group scheduled to travel in 2024 canceled due to the conflict in Israel. Although the travel brochure clearly states that the trip deposit is "non-refundable", Friendship Tours generously made an exception to this rule because the situation was out of our control. The was a totally unexpected action and much appreciated. The compassion exhibited by this decision is not typical of companies that only care about profit.

Our trip was scheduled for Israel October 2024 and unfortunately had to be canceled due to the war. How pleasantly surprised were we when under no obligation to do so, Friendship Tours refunded all of our monies minus a cancellation fee. However, after working with Friendship in the past we should not have been surprised. A very upstanding, ethical company with the best interest of their clients as first priority; Friendship Tours is a company you can trust and build a lasting friendship for years to come.

I have been leading tours with Friendship over the past 10 years. Their guides, drivers, accommodations, and service have been outstanding. We have always felt safe and cared for pre-travel, in-country, and post-travel. Nasser said from the beginning that Friendship is about relationship and they have been great in dealing with any schedule changes that have happened; most of the time at a financial loss to their company. Recently, because of the war in Israel, Nasser took a lot of time to help us work through several difficult issues to reschedule our group for next year. Even though our group is not a large group compared to most groups that use Friendship, we were well cared for. Thanks Friendship for all the great experiences!

We had an Israel tour scheduled to leave 11-9. Of course due to circumstances this has been cancelled. Friendship has been great to work with our group; with some choosing to move their money to our 2024 Greece or Egypt/Israel tours. Those cancelling are receiving a prompt refund of the cost less the non- refundable deposit - which everyone understood.

My experience this past June was awesome, thanks to Lester W Taylor Ministries and the exceptional service provided by Friendship Tours. Our tour guides were awesome, the accommodations were great and overall experience was fantastic.

Friendship Tours not only offers great tours with good accommodations and knowledgeable guides, they are people of integrity. Since our trip for February of 1924 had to be canceled, they not only returned what we had paid towards the tour, they retuned the initial $300. deposits which were supposed to be non refundable. I've just returned from an incredible life changing tour of Israel and Jordan with Community Baptist Church of Englewood. The tour was hosted by the extremely organized, knowledgeable and professional team of Friendship Tours. We had over 150 in our group but everything from airport and hotel pickups, lunch stops, transport through borders, etc. was handled smoothly. The guides were like walking encyclopedias, happily answering any questions you might have. They even went above and beyond when one group encountered airport delays and missed their connecting flights. I thoroughly enjoyed this trip of a lifetime thanks to Friendship Tours.

My wife and I enjoyed our tour of the Holy Land with Friendship Tours. The owner was in constant contact with our pastor before and during the trip to ensure we had an amazing experience. We had a large group with two buses and two guides. Both guides were fantastic - very knowledgeable and entertaining as well. Everyone takes security very seriously and we never felt unsafe. I would definitely tour with them again!!

Amazing trip of a lifetime and everything I had hoped it would be. Truly made the Bible come alive!Our tour guide Bernice was extremely knowledgeable and personable while still very efficient and bold when necessary. Our bus driver Uda was friendly, kind, and the best bus driver I have ever experienced driving in the extremely crowded, narrow streets of Jerusalem. Can’t say enough kind words about either one. If I’m ever fortunate enough to return to Israel, I surely hope it will be with them.

Bernice was the BEST! We had a very enjoyable time. This was my first trip to Israel and Bernice with Friendship Tours made seeing all the sights very easy. I am so glad to have had her as our guide.

In February I co-hosted my sixth trip to Israel. For the sixth time we used the great services of Friendship Tours and owner, Nasser Noorani. Thanks to them, once again our travelers experienced an amazing tour in the land where Jesus walked. They were especially helpful in navigating the Covid protocols leaving the United States, entering Israel, and returning home as well. The in-country guide and bus driver were excellent. Israel is open for tourism again and we saw
all the sites we usually see. The hotel and buffets were as good as ever. I highly recommend Friendship Tours to you to plan your life changing experience in the Holy Land.

I just got back from an incredible trip to Israel with my church! The whole trip was so well organized and planned, and that is thanks to Deena and Friendship Tours. Deena was a fantastic guide, she really made all the sights come alive! I am so thankful for Deena's knowledge and love for Israel. She was our personal time machine and every day was like going back in history! And every time I stepped onto the bus it was a joy to see Ovad there ready to greet us and take us to the various locations. Never once did I question our safety. I have many fond memories of this trip and look forward to one day going back!

We were one of the first groups if not the first group hosted by Friendship Tours once Israel reopen. As nervous as we were with all the new COVID rules and regulations the organization skills and planifications were so clear and well organized which made our trip go smoothly. .Nasser was on top of keeping us well formed and updated of all changes on a timely manner.
This post COVID trip was even better than our pre COVID trip.

Great time in Israel! This was our second trip with Friendship Tours. The tour guides do an outstanding job leading our groups. The accommodations are 3.5 stars.

I loved our Tour guide Mrs. Bernice. And loved our bus driver Shalom. When we go again I will look forward to using them both again. It was an experience I'll never forget.

Great trip (though whirlwind). Guide was fabulous, accommodations were very nice. No downsides, though next time I'd prefer not to go through Istanbul just because of the lack of seating for long layovers.
