Been coming to Char-Broiler for years! Hands down the best breakfast burrito ever. The salsa it comes with is fresh and absorbs perfectly with the potatoes. They have great easy lunch and dinner options too! Love the burgers or BLT with zucchini fries. It is family owned and they are very sweet to their customers. Always clean.

Moorparks equivalent to P&L burger
- family owned and operated. I can tell you that because the very kinda Asian girl who took my order I could see what was a whole Asian family working the place behind her. Very impressive. I cant say thank you enough. I bought a cheeseburger and thought I’d just get a burger for the price. But they gave me a lot of fries to go with it. It was awesome food too. And pretty cheap. All around a great place to eat. Take your kids here. Thanks.

This is a cool place to get breakfast, lunch and dinner. Old fashion type dinner with a hot grill. Plenty of seating in side and two tables out front. Place is nice and clean and the owners are friendly people.

Great family business with good food at a affordable price. Highly recommend for anybody who wants to grab a bite bit of clean and taste-full food while supporting small businesses rather then big corporates

Stumbled upon this place due to the good reviews on TripAdvisor. Wasn't disappointed. They have a modern take on pairing your healthy and delicious Mexican dishes. Seemed to be very popular and busy and I would definitely recommend it for a quick and tasty meal.

Love this place! BEST Chili Cheese fries I've had. They also have some awesome breakfast burritos! My husband is in love with their hamburgers, he says they're better than In n Out idk if I agree with that yet.

The food is great and owners are a joy. This is definitely one of my top choice for good, inexpensive food in East Ventura County. The pastrami burgers are to die for. I bought four of them and a garden burger and brought them back to my family in Oxnard. Nothing but compliments from my family.

Would be the way the phone is answered. You can barely realize it’s a business. The owner needs to have someone else answer the phone or learn how to do it properly. Still it definitely Deserves 5 Stars!

The food here is amazing. I always order their breakfast burrito and it is huge. It is worth it. The service can be slow at times but the food is really good. The burritos have an egg omelet in them and fresh hashbrowns with cheese and a choice of meat.

Okay guys, so this place rocks! Their breakfast burritos are amazing and gigantic. Their pastrami burgers and onion rings are amazing. If you are looking to eat at a chill, local, mom and pop place, this is it. Places like this one are hard to come by these days. I wish they still had one in Newbury Park. GIVE THIS PLACE A TRY! YOU WONT REGRET IT!

I have always loved the breakfast burritos at this establishment. Since they were "Burger Express" in Newbury Park, I would always get their breakfast burrito, especially with the hot sauce. Best in town.
