We love our sleep number bed!!! It has been a great bed. Love how we can both sleep how we want. We've also referred friends in the past who have also purchased beds and we have gotten awesome rewards. We just recently received $150 and were able to get a CalKing bed sheet set and a pillow for free!! And Hilary who helped us was Awesome!! She was so patient and knowledgeable about products. She helped us maximize our rewards!!

I decided it was time to get a new bed and went into sleep number to try some out. Hillary had shown us every bed on display, let us try every pillow, (making sure to follow COVID guidelines they had in place) and was very patient with us, and actually encouraged us to try every feature of the different styles. Her knowledge on the product she represents is outstanding. She helped us with big savings and really went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. She has to be one of the best, and most caring sales persons I've ever had the privilege of buying from. The beds are truly amazing and the customer care is even better. Highly recommend going to this location, and ask for Hillary!

We have had our new adjustable Sleep Number bed for almost a month now and truly feel spoiled. It is so comfortable for each of us since we can now adjust individually to our own comfort level (and the partner snore button is a big plus!). Thank you Hillary for all of your help in getting us set up with the best deal for this amazing bed!

I just want to shout out to the Redding store staffs especially Hillary and Steven.
We were first greeted by Steven and he gave us a very thorough introduction. Due to time limit, we returned again the next day. Hillary hosted us and walked us through the whole process again, trying the mattresses again, explaining even more to us what to pick.. we ended up getting sheets and pillows. It was a great experience with them.

Let me start by saying Hillary at the Sleep Number store in Redding is incredible. She took her time with my husband and I to try different models of beds. I have owned 2 Queen Size Sleep Number Beds in the past and have slept on them for over 25 years. We decided to get an i8 King Flex Top Split Adjustable Bed and it just arrived this last Friday. Brian who set it up was wonderful and had the bed assembled in no time teaching us how to control the bed with our Smart Phones (Super Easy). The Bed is wonderful better than I would have imagined it to be, now we have lots of room and our dog does too. Highly recommend a Sleep Number Beds.

My husband and I went in to look for a new mattress because we were looking to sleep better as well as not wake up with aches and pains.
Hillary was extremely knowledgable and took care of us right away. She showed us the whole process of selecting a new bed, the sleep number system and how it benefits your comfortability as you sleep. We probably spent 3 hours or so testing mattresses and asking questions. She stayed later than she need to and helped us the whole time!
She was so sweet and caring! I would give her 10 stars for her service if I could! In all, we got our mattress delivered in October. The guys who brought it in and set it up were very knowledgeable and helpful as well. After having the bed for over 3 months now we can say that we are IN LOVE with this bed! Thank you so much Hillary for your patience and kindness with us as we navigated a tough decision! Highly recommend.
(p.s. I also got the sleep number weighted blanket that Hillary recommended. I ended up asking for it for my birthday the other month and now I use it every night! It was just a little extra touch to help me stay cozy and comforted! Thanks again Hillary!)

Yes I did and I sure loved the idea with the new beds you can adjust them with your cellphone I even purchased a bed that day I was so happy with the feeling of these mattress I bought the new Queen Dual C4 360 smart Bed I fell in love with this bed I would recommend these mattress to anyone because you can adjust them according how you want to sleep I know this will be my forever mattress my son is the one that told me to get one and I didn't at first and I spent thousands of dollars on mattress !! Well not no more and no I am not getting paid to write this review I just am so excited about this mattress and they are having the biggest sale right now I got $400 of my mattress.

I brought in a list of assorted items, from the really great down pillows I love to a king size 100% cotton duvet cover. The sales rep, Jeremy, was able to locate everything I needed, except for one item, the bed skirt.
I'm grateful to Jeremy for his help in fulfilling my shopping list.

Jeremy at the Redding store was absolutely fantastic when it came to helping us pick the perfect bed. He was professional and answered all of our questions on multiple occasions.

We went your store just to look, price beds. The store was very clean,spotless infact. We met Abigail Davis, she was friendly, pleasant to talk to and very knowledgeable. We tried all the beds,and we bought one. It was hard to choose just one. Wonderful people work there. I was impressed by how much they helped us. They even helped me down load the sleep number app. Explained how to use it,how it works and how the points can help me get other things. I would recommend this store and the two young ladies that work there.

My husband Richard and I were very impressed with our representative Joshua at the Redding Ca store. He answered every question we had and was very attentive when adjusting the bed for the correct numbers. I have had a medical problem and need to sleep elevated. Joshua worked with us to get the right bed that we are sure will work perfectly. We have had a different sleep number bed for many years and now we need to try one that elevates. Our old bed is still very comfortable but we need more than it can do. We are looking forward to receiving our bed and getting a wonderful nights sleep. Thank you Joshua for your help.

So back in December my fiance decided we needed a new bed. The bed we were sleeping in was over 20 years old so it was time. I broke my back in a car accident over 30 years ago and he has had 2 surgeries for a broken clavicle. We were tired of getting up every morning aching and groaning about being in pain. Waking up tired after tossing and turning all night. We walked into Sleep Number on a Sunday morning and the minute we came through the door Hillary greeted us with a huge smile and her and I immediately hit it off. So let me say....I HATE SHOPPING!!! I seriously buy EVERYTHING online and since COVID started I barely go out in public. We ended up spending about 3-4 hours in there and you know what???? I had fun!!! We laughed and laid on every bed probably 2 -3 times (I kinda felt like "Goldilocks") LOL
Anyways we ended up finding the perfect bed for us. It was delivered and set up for us on December 22nd and we have not regretted our purchase for one second!!!! It was probably one of the best decisions we ever made and it's SO nice waking up refreshed and NOT groaning in pain!!! Plus dealing with Hillary was awesome!!! She's not pushy, she's honest, friendly and down to Earth! She has a smile that lights up the room and I would definitely recommend asking for her if you are in the market for a great bed and a good night's sleep!!!! 5 PLUS STARS for Hillary and Redding Sleep Number!

Hillary T was great, friendly and knowledgeable. We knew it took awhile to have them go through all the stuff and pick a bed, so we made sure we had plenty of time. The only draw back we found was with their slow, slow, slow computers one witch died and we had to start all over, so it added probably and extra 40 minutes to our visit.

I have been working with the store manager Josh Grom to purchase a new mattress. He has been very patient and helpful with all of our questions. The store is really nice and clean and everyone who works there is helpful and kind. I would highly recommend shopping for your new mattress at Sleep Number and be sure to ask for Josh Grom!

I was very skeptical of having a sleep number since it's essentially a fancy air mattress. But People, read it when I type it: Go test these out! It will literally change your life. It changed mine forever. I will never buy another bed unless my sleep number wears out or breaks. Then it will just be another Sleep Number! Staff and store is super cool!
