Hampton Inn & Suites Redding

Now this place should be the role model for all Hamptons. From check in to check out (and I needed a late check out) I was greeted with a smile, felt like I was taken care of, and great customer service. The breakfast area was great also.
Please forward this to ALL employees because each person I ran into was an amazing experience. Even the maintenance guys working on cleaning all the air conditioners

We enjoyed our stay. Very clean, plenty of towels for our family. Coffee, microwave, fridge and tv all worked well. Plenty of electrical outlets and lighting in the room. We'll definitely return in the future.

Clean large rooms, comfortable bed, pleasant staff, good breakfast. The room AC is awesome. Salt water pool is really nice. Good size refrigerator.

Stayed again a few days later. Still like this place. Different room and still clean and comfortable. Staff will help accommodate however they can.

Just what we expected from Hilton: nice and clean, very accommodating, and friendly! The breakfast was decent as well. Front desk was very nice and they even had free cookies which was a very fun surprise!

Front desk team was fantastic helping me choose the right room for the night. Love the room and location to dining choices. Last night was my second visit and again the service, food, room and hot tub were fantastic. I will book again when in the area.

Big clean rooms, and excellent customer service. I like the hamptons inn. Overall very good stay. Will use this hotel when we're in town for our next trip!

Pros: Great breakfast... especially the biscuits and gravy! Comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Very clean.

Cons: You can hear people in the hallway (ear plugs will help this) and the fan in the bathroom is always on (no switch, so I closed the door).

Look no further for a great place to stay! Hampton Inn won't disappoint you! I will definitely stay here again!

We arrived as scheduled. Check-in went smoothly, They were able honor our special requests. Our room was large and clean, very accommodating. Outstanding “free” breakfast. Sadly, the spa was under repair. The gym A/C was broken so it was humid and hot. Room rate perhaps a bit $$$ but well worth it. Overall, repeat visit for sure.

Great hotel in Downtown Redding, friendly staff and clean rooms. Centrally located just off the Hwy and easy access on and off. This hotel has been my go to for Redding, many choices but this hotel I find quite and just 1 block from Hilltop main road.

Great staff! Extremely clean hotel wellworth staying here! Very helful staff! When I needed help 3 time they were alway there. Even delivered extra coffe packs to my room!

We only stayed one night, but we found our king suite with love seat to be very comfortable and good sized. The hot breakfast was a nice treat, especially because a lot of places still are not serving breakfast due to the pandemic. There was a nice selection of things to choose from. The hotel is clean, bright and a nice place to stay.

I’ve been a Hilton Honors member for several years and have been disappointed to see the quality of front desk service to change for the worse. We’ve been on the road for 3 nights so far, different Hilton property each day with dismal service. No greeting, no information etc. Tonight is a refreshing return of what has been missing. We were early and we’re lucky to have Susan be on duty at the Hampton in Redding. She was helping someone on the phone and then greeted me with a warm welcome. It was very hot outside and she was able to work some magic to get us a room that was ready. If there were a checklist of what to say to a guest Susan checked every box. Where everything is located, breakfast hours, a thank you for being an Honors member, water bottles, nice conversation. Needless to say we were so impressed. Susan should do training for new employees! I hope you recognize her for so wonderfully representing Hilton!

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the location was great, the front desk staff was very polite and welcoming, and the breakfast was so delicious with a lot of options

We enjoyed the convenient location of this Inn. In addition to be easy to reach from the interstate, we took advantage of coffee shop, grocery store and gas station, all within a couple of blocks of the hotel. Breakfast buffet had plenty of choices and tables were well separated so we could relax and linger. The room was comfortable and clean, with handy touches like luggage rack, desk, microwave and toiletries. Thanks for an enjoyable interlude.

Booked last minute while driving I-5. Location was perfect. Easy to find, parking lot was extremely well lit with lots of parking. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Rooms were very clean and met all expectations. Will stop here again if needed.

The bed was comfortable. Room was very clean. Check in and check out were seamless. The room has a coffee maker, microwave, air dryer and refrigerator. Everything worked great, no complaints at all, we’d stay here again

The room was clean and spacious and the people that worked there are easy to smile, which for me is very important. Overall, I slept well and had no trouble with my stay. I plan to stay there on future trips. Thanks for a great addition to my mini vacation!

Fantastic! We were on our way home, but if we had more time we would have loved staying in this Inn for several days! The receptionist was one of the sweetest receptionists we have ever meant. We were impressed with our room. One of us needs to sleep in a chair and the receptionist made sure that we had a wingback chair put in our room. Very nice Inn, very clean, excellent receptionist!!!
