Sam's Club

While it was crowded, the lines went fairly quick. People were somewhat polite. I enjoyed shopping the aisles looking for good deals. They already had Christmas decorations out & it's a month before Halloween. But they did offer some great items for decent prices.

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Destiny at Sam's Club, Kellogg and Dugan and I must say, the experience was exceptional. From the moment I called in, Destiny’s professionalism, warmth, and a genuine willingness to assist.

What stood out the most was Destiny, patience. Despite my numerous questions and requests she remained attentive and helpful, never once making me feel rushed or inconvenienced.

I am so glad I bought a membership. I needed a whole brisket for Christmas but I needed it cut. The young man in the meat department cut it in half for me. As tired as I am getting ready to host family. I can't say thank you enough to him for making a small miracle happen.

The West Sam's Store rocks. The baker also is amazing everything I have ordered for special events so far has been so great. I can't beat the price anywhere else at the moment. Not to mention the staff has always been friendly and helpful anytime I go into the store.

Sams is great, so much better than Costco. More locations, better deals on everyday items, self checkout with your phone! And they don't make you show your card when you walk in the door like Costco does...Costco basically treats you like a criminal and even checks your face when you check out, too. Sams does none of that!

They had what I was looking for in stock and I was able to get in and out real quick even though the store was busy.

Whoa, forgot about the Door Busters. They were super busy and only a smattering of the sale items left. Get there early for their holiday sale events!

Sam's Club is a wonderful place to buy in balk. And their meat selection is ready good. They have about anything else you are looking for. Get a membership y'all it's great and the gas prices are very 👍👍👍

Been going to this location for about ten years now no issues at any point they handle all my problems with a smile. The return policy is excellent. The store is well taken care of and the restroom is usually clean and tidy.

Clean & nice atmosphere. Wish the exit door person would have smiled or said anything, maybe even thank you, but she didn't. Our normal Sam's on the East side never fails to thank us!! Overall an good experience!

I do demo as an event specialist for Crossmark and I love this Sam's. The staff are helpful and friendly, the bakery is fantastic, the meat department is well stocked and the produce is very fresh. The store is so clean! If you can't find it here you don't need it.

A great place to buy food in bulk. Spent about 500 on food and came out with a lot of food for all the kids.

Sam's Club is a Warehouse/Club retailer. To shop here you must have a membership. They have items you can purchase with amazing prices.
There is a fuel station at this location. By being a member you save on fuel.

I love the new Scan 'n' Go on the app! The App for Sams and Walmart hv saved this mommas time and money.

Went to west Kellogg store to get a pizza they were slamming busy that said the employees were extremely nice and handling the rush really well it was 640 when I got in line and they close the snack bar at 7 there were about 8 people in front of me but I had my order and was headed home with pizza at 7 and it was made perfectly. I hope management reads this because the 2 employees that were working their butts off deserve a raise and bonus . Thank you to the lady who made our pizza. It was outstanding

Sam's Club is good overall for family bulk buying. It behooves you tho' to research item prices, in this present economy, to see pricing in other stores because competitors might have a better sale price that day. Well worth your time and effort.

They have about 92% of things I'm looking for in the store. Sometimes you have to watch the cost of things because they are higher than you can get the same thing somewhere else. Quality is usually good to better. Member mark brand is alot of the time as good or better than the same name brand items. In store or online shopping with delivery on alot of items.
