Mt. Shasta Mall

Honestly, some places like Macy's can be super pricey. But I would say the quality is worth it. It's really fun to hang around cause they seem to have a bit of everything.. The staff is always super nice however obviously everyone can have their bad days. I really like that they have An arcade so kids can have fun too.

I went to JC Penny's to shop for myself and my husband's birthday gift. I found what I needed and found the store inventory was organized and easy to access. A salesperson saw me coming into a back entrance and held the door for me to come into the store.

She also informed me that they had shopping baskets now to use in the store. That is one feature I like because I have a balance issue and need support at times.

American Eagle Outfitters, Zumiez and JC Penny, as well as Macy's in the back. Eyebrow threading, Bed Bath and Bodyworks, VS, Sushi and Spencers. Cotton candy and Ice cream machines, massage chairs and a fun photo booth.

Shopping here is very convenient, and it is a good choice to bring the whole family here for leisure shopping👍✅!

Old school Mall Rats, can you remember your first mall? Mine was right here, at the Mt. Shasta Mall. Back then there wasn't anything between the Mall and Dana Drive (where I lived) except manzanita, red dirt and soaproot. In the Mall there was this coolest burger joint with an old west theme where most of the benches were saddles. You could also find a below-ground multiplex theater. I loved it! Well, things are a little different now, but the Mall is still one of Shasta County's grooviest places. You have to see this place during the Holiday Season! The area transit service has a multi-route transfer stop there and you can easily access the place by vehicle from a number of directions. Check out the food court, visit a tech kiosk or maybe visit one of the hip retailers and say hello to a local if you dare!

I've lived in Redding for 6 years and this is my first time going to the mall, (have shopped at signature stores like JCPenney's and Macy's however). Friends were visiting and we needed a place to walk indoors. out of the rain. We visited a few stores, and had a little bit to eat.

The mall is not a place I prefer to go but the kids have fun looking around at all the different small stores.

It's the mall, since most shop online now, u don't have to worry about tons of people, hahah. But the mall is always fun to just walk around and look at things forsure

Who doesn't love the mall? This is a fading joy that is being forced out by on line services that allow you to access shopping from home.
The sound, smell, excitement and busel of the mall is a wonderful experience to me. It's a cool environment with anything you want at your finger tips. PRICELESS!

I always find the coolest stuff at this mall. I purchased an old school Nintendo, and it's been awesome. There's a variety of stores and shops, and the food court always has different choices for food. Most of the shops employees are kind, and the products sold last.

Very well laid out Mall and extremely inviting and aestheticly pleasing. The stores offer a wide range of items and products that cannot be found in box stores.

Huge parking lot. Lots of stores. Pretty nice place but super small food court if you call it that.

This mall is laid out pretty good. I like there is a good amount of different shops for clothing. They have Macy's and J.C. Penny. My favorite is American eagle been a fan of that store for a while. The parking at the mall is pretty good. Not confusing like some other bigger city malls that I went to.

I love the arcade for the kids inside it has many fun cool games along with many of the machines have updated to where you can use your tap-to-pay as a option

I went to this Shasta mall in Redding for the first time last week with the hubby and we were really impressed. Its much bigger inside than we expected. It’s very nice single level mall that’s clean and has lots of popular fun stores. You can spend a lot of time poking around in there. Bring the kids. Something for everyone.
We went to the Fancy San Francisco 9 story mall last year and there was only 1 store I would of shopped in. All high end overpriced shops. My kids were totally bored. I think the Lego store was the only thing for them. Mt. Shasta Mall Is hands-down a better mall for us regular people :)

Great mall, comfortable, staff nice.

Britanya in the salon is the color guru!!! She is absolutely amazing with highlights & color! She listens and comes up with the most wonderful ideas to fit what you want. Her personality puts you at ease and a great sense of humor. I am not letting anyone else touch my hair. Highly recommend this salon.
