I brought in my 2018 dodge grand caravan for a second opinion. 1st local mechanic quoted me $6500-$7000 for a transmission and transmission cooler replacement. I paid $146 for that information. Meineke covered the tow, shuttle to and from, free wiper blades messed up by another mechanic chain, AND the 1st hr of diagnostic testing. My check engine light is off, the remote start now works, and the van is running fine. All for about 10% of the the 1st quote. As a single mom of 2, one w autism, I don’t have “expendable” income to throw around. I am deeply grateful to the the exemplary professionalism, expertise, and courtesy shown to me by Briton and Brandon. Saved my entire bee hind.. completely! After finding out they accept walk ins and after miraculously being able to get seen on the same day on a weekend compared to other places that were either closed, booked, or wouldn't accept walk ins, Meineke has become our go to place for all our car troubles that we can't fix on our own.

My husband and I have been taking our two cars to them regularly for simple maintenance things and spontaneous car issues and they've always delivered quality results, incredible customer service and follow up with you to make sure your car is running well again after they've worked on it.

We greatly appreciated on our very first visit that they offer a payment plan option through Koalifi (super easy to sign up for) and we were able to use our approved financial plan to cover our costs since that issue we needed fixed rang up a pretty steep bill. What's also great is that since then all of our visits have accumulated points with Meineke so we were able to get a free oil change done.

Britton and his techs are great people and have been so helpful. We're extremely pleased to have a go-to auto shop for all our car needs!

Couldn't have been more satisfied. Went in to have my exhaust system analyzed and found out it was a very easy fix. The technicians remove the heat shield and when I went to pay the bill they said it would not be any charge for that.

Walked into Meineke for a price quote on brake pads/rotors that Firestone has said I should start looking into. Britten greeted me and offered me a full detailed car inspection for free. After about 40 minutes, I was told my brakes were fine for now (saved me money on unnecessarily replacing my brakes early). I was also told that my front left CV Axle boot was leaking grease. Britten pointed out that my car was still under the powertrain warranty and that I should check with Kia to get it fixed under warranty (saved me ~ $700 in repair cost). Amazing thing is that I had my oil changed, tires rotated by Kia the week prior and brand new tires put on, tire alignment done by Firestone also the week prior. Not Kia nor Firestone noticed my leaking CV boot axle when they worked on my car, however Meineke (during a free walk-in car inspection found the issue). I can really tell that Meineke cares about their customers and I am now going to be going to this location from now on due to their attention to detail as well as great customer support!

My clutch went out completely, I luckily had a Meineki near me. They all were so extremely helpful and friendly, fixed my car as quickly as they could to get me back on the road. We had our beloved Lincoln give us starting issues one day Downtown about a block away from this place. The guys saw us and offered to push the car up the road and ran a diagnostic free of charge. They were so kind and courteous the whole time, they did excellent work. Also the repair cost fairly priced. I am so thankful for them turning a stressful weekend into a positive week for my family and I.

Very friendly and super knowledgeable staff, great pricing. I love their pre check, they checkout the entire car and send you pictures showing what needs to be fixed, now and later. I will definitely be going back!

It was a bit expensive, but the service was good and the staff was friendly. We changed the oil on our car. It done in a Jiffy!
