Joined couple months ago and the app is just amazing. So many things to utilize. Highly recommend switching your bank here.

Had some issues with the company, but the staff is great. Ruby and April helped me pick up all the quarters my daughters drop and reroll them. Also had a great experience with Abeliel the time before

Fairly typical Chase Bank...if you are familiar with Chase, this one is as good as any typical Chase. Hard to differentiate it and no negative comments to offer so 5 star rating seems reasonable.

Chase Bank is a great place for those looking to open a checking or savings account. They have really low rates for there customers and they have free accounts for military.

People need to really branch out more into the banking world if they hate Chase bank. Chase is so lenient and helpful with their overdraft policy, it’s saved me so many times. Banks don’t owe you, remember that.

Wow, very helpful service! I met with Katie so she could help me with a check and the service was amazing. On the way out, another employee who had first helped me remembered my name when she said goodbye - great customer service! I'd recommend making an appointment if you have business and need to meet with someone. Seems like they are a little busy for walk-ins in that regard, but in my case they tried and got me in as soon as they could.

I really enjoy doing my banking here. Customer service is amazing! They told me to call them at anytime if I had an questions related to money or banking. They do an incredible job at making you feel important and making you feel at home.

I been with chase for a while and I never really had any major problems with them, they really try their best to help the customers even when the bank can be short staffed with too many customers so I definitely give them credit for doing their best.

I get a check from Chase Bank once a month and have gotten to know the people who work there and they are always nice

walked in with a deposit and a wire transfer, teller was very nice and professional and helped me right away

They are the best bank I've dealt with so far been with them for many years haven't got a bad thing to say about them....

Everyone here is completely amazing, they remember your name and preferences and bend the policies for you once you've established a relationship.
