Nicholas L. Behunin, MD

Dr Behunin is absolutely wonderful. He stayed late for an emergency appointment for me to have a chazalion cut and drained out of my eyelid. I was terrified as I had a bad experience with the same thing in Salt Lake but Dr. Behunin was so skilled, caring and did a wonderful job without causing me pain. He was knowledgeable and I felt like I was incredibly good hands. Cannot recommend him enough!

Being a healthcare provider myself; I can spot a good doctor pretty well. Dr Behunin is a great doctor! I'm not an easy patient. I ask a LOT of questions and I am pretty picky about who I go to for healthcare, especially concerning my eyes. I thoroughly checked him out beforehand and was VERY impressed with his credentials and reputation. I also received reassurance through prayer that he was the right choice for me. Even still, I was pretty nervous going into cataract surgery. (I chose not to have sedation) Dr Behunin has such a relaxing nature. Focusing on his calming voice made surgery a breeze; and it was even quite interesting to know what was happening. Another thing that I really appreciated was how quickly he called me back (on a holiday) when I had a concern. He never seems rushed or too busy to give good care. I highly recommend Dr. Behunin.

Just completed my cataract surgery with Dr Behunin. He explained in great detail what to expect and described the procedure thoroughly. I would highly recommend him to everyone needing surgery or an eye exam.
