Redding Mini Storage

I rented a unit here for a few months, and I did not have a problem once. The prices here are very reasonable, and the manager, Butch, was very professional. He was always nice, and he was easy to communicate with. The place is very well maintained and is open every day of the year, regardless of Holidays or not. If I ever need to rent a storage unit again, I will definitely come back to this place.

Clean facility, great security, affordable in comparison to others in the area, plus staff lives on site which makes me feel like my belongings are protected even more. I was able to sign up online, just had to go in person to sign papers. Easy process and nice customer service. I’m glad I do business with this storage facility.

If we could give Redding Mini Storage more than 5 stars we would do it in an instant!. Customer service from manager can not be outdone and so amazing it could make you overlook any flaws with the facility - but there were none!!! Ease of renting and making monthly payments, cleanliness, security and being treated like a VIP customer results in a "WELL DONE" acclamation from us. We rented for 10 months and there wasn't even a hint or moment of disastisfaction from us the entire time.

If you read this Butch, thank you - thank you - thank you. When we come back to Redding to visit, we owe you a treat of some kind!

Great storage facility! The owner is incredibly helpful and friendly, the units are clean and fairly priced— would rent from again!

Facilities are clean, secure, quiet and well kept. Right off the highway so easily accessible. But from my personal experience, the manager that runs the place is a major part of why I'll rent from this storage facility anytime the need arises. His customer service is top tier. To me it feels like he truly cares about the customers experience. Made every step of the process smooth and easy and when I had to unexpectedly move out due to unforeseen circumstances he was understanding and even refunded the rent paid for the month, which posted k back to my card before I even got out of the office, even without the required move out notice.
I'll definitely be a customer for as long as I'm in the area and I definitely recommend this place to anyone whos in need.

I stored my stuff here for three years while I was in college. I never had a negative experience. The manager is an awesome guy! Super helpful! Never got any BS from him or anyone. I had my account set up on autopay and I never had any issues with payments. If the price went up (and it only did once in three years), I was notified in advance with an explanation as to why. Billing was always consistent. Never had any issues with the gate. The unit gets really hot in the summer because it's outdoors in Redding. In the three years I was there, I never had one issue. Even through Covid, never had an issue or an interruption in services. I cannot speak highly enough of the place and the gentleman running it. He is very respectful and takes pride in his job. Great business!

I had a really good experience storing my stuff with Redding Mini Storage. The front desk guy was super nice, the facility is clean, and safety seems like a huge priority for them. They have cameras everywhere and each person gets their own entry code.

This is the most awesome storage facility that I have ever had the pleasure of keeping my items in! Huge, super tall storages. Super clean, well kept grounds & facilities. Friendly, helpful staff. The guy that runs this place (Butch) doesn't let ANYTHING get by him. I feel as if I could leave my storage unlocked & I wouldn't worry a bit. Only thing I would say is maybe less than ideal is that the spacing is pretty tight so if you aren't confident pulling a trailer or driving a larger vehicle through tight spots ~ u might find yourself in a pinch. Other than that ~ TOP NOTCH. Would recommend this business a hundred times over. 😀

I have been with these people for more than 10 years I've been through two managers never had a problem I'm set up on auto pay I've never been overcharged they never take their money before they're supposed to I get a fair warning before my annual increase I love being with this company. When I lost my husband and had to move I was able to get a second unit with no hassle.

Best storage facility in Redding for sure. Not only is the price & location right, but the manager lives on site and is nice and very helpful. Everytime I've needed a storage unit over the past decade, I've compared prices and always go back to Redding Mini Storage.

I think we should have customer appreciation, been there 10 years, One month free, hint hint. Lol. That should tell everyone we are very happy with the service. The Owner there is super nice and professional but also works with you if he can. We love this place and can't imagine being anywhere else!

We worked at selling that house for three years and when we did the escrow was thirty days. So we picked a dot on the map and went for it. I found Redding Mini Storage online and ended up doing an end run around the booking service to insure we'd have a place to unload our truck when we arrived.
That's when I first met Butch. He reserved our space on the phone and we did our paper work as our crew was loading our goods into a spotless storage space.
When we moved into our new home I'd left my key to the storage space with my wife so I had to enlist Butch's assistance once again to remove our lock so my crew could get to loading our truck.
The bottom line?
A clean and secure storage space at a reasonable rate managed by a gentleman.
