In the last year, we sold two houses with Jody and NPRE and purchased one. She was informed, helpful, and really knew Denver real estate. She helped us get over 25% profit on the sales, and we got into a competitive neighborhood for about 10% under asking. Their team was excellent about sending out weekly updates for tasks to complete and keep on schedule per the contracts. They had free staging with a real interior designer, and the advertising photographs were by far the best on the web. I would give them all the star!
