Swan Pilates -UT

I grew up dancing competitively and transitioned into a fitness career. My body has always been flexible and strong until I took on a career that drastically reduced my movement and mobility. I developed poor posture, frequent nagging neck and back pain, and lost most of my strength. I started Swan Pilates, and I can already feel my body coming back to life. I am SOLD!

I’ve been going to Swan Pilates for almost 10 months, and I absolutely love it. I love Pilates in a small studio because I feel I get attention and modifications to ensure I am getting a great workout and continue to improve my form. Sammi has a great flow, lots of variety, is easy to follow, and always gives options for a challenge. I leave each class feeling great and so glad to have found this wonderful studio. Sammi is amazing and I love her sweet and positive energy!

Swan Pilates studio is great and offers even more with the new addition of Pilates chairs! Sammi is a wonderful instructor, always offering encouragement and form correction if/when needed. She’s great for beginners or pros! I highly recommend! ❤

Cute home Pilates studio. Sammi is super professional and a great instructor. She is accommodating and is beginner friendly! I was a total newb to Pilates and some of the moves were super awkward for me, and she made me feel totally comfortable.

I was having knee pain from weak hips, and had just given birth so was working to get my body back moving, and this was the perfect cross training to work all those little muscles we forget about. My knee pain has dropped significantly and I can finally run again after 3 years.

Sammi is the best teacher and will give you an awesome workout! Highly recommend.
