Yelm Plumbing & Pumps LLC

I had a leaking, aged water heater that barely allowed for a single warm shower. I had scheduled with another company (frogger), who did not show to install a new water heater. I called around and Yelm plumbing and pumps llc said they could install one, even one I had bought myself. I locally purchased a new water heater and two days later Brian from Yelm plumbing arrived on time with a huge smile and installed the water heater. Brian was very professional and had done a very neat and quick install of the water heater, he was also great to talk to when there was time, he seems a great person in general. We are extremely happy with the service we received and now have plenty of hot water. Thank you Brian and Yelm plumbing!

The absolute best service!!! The Thurston County Fairgrounds had a backflow preventer backed over the day before Fair - they dispatched a plumber within 40 minutes and had us up and running in an hour.

Brian was awesome. He was so caring and professional. He even referred us to other specialist. That showed me he was not in it for the money but quality of care and service. Well this plumbing experience could have been a scary one! I have to give credit where credit is due. My situation started out on a Sunday night around 7:00 pm and within an hour Cory arrived. He was professional, respectful and courteous; never annoyed that he was out late for work on a Sunday night. He was very patient and thoroughly explained what the problem could be and explained that the problem could not be resolved that night and he'd have to come back the next day to completely give a full report of the problem. A few days later and after seeking out a couple other plumbing companies it was apparent that "Yelm Plumbing & Pumps LLC" was the company to go with. Cory and Willy arrived and had the job done within 2 days!!! These two men are amazing... always had a good sense of humor but at the same time professional, respectful but understanding that my plumbing situation was indeed somewhat traumatic, inconvenient and uneasy all around for me. They explained what was being done and completed everything in a timely manner. I know you get what you pay for. "QUALITY" is what I received... these two men also gave me piece of mind... I know my plumbing problem is resolved and was done correctly. So a big shot out to Cory & Willy!!!! Thank you for everything!!!!

Hi highly recommend Yelm Plumbing. Cory did a great job addressing my home plumbing issues and professionally explained what other plumbing work the home needed. Notably he helped me troubleshoot my water quality issues that were extremely helpful. I will hire him again.

Cory and Willy came out today and were absolutely amazing! They came in new exactly what they were doing and had the issue fixed within 15 minutes! Very professional, funny, and officiant! Thank you!! I will never go to another plumbing company and pump company again!

I wanted to say a huge thank you to Cory!!! He came out tonight and unclogged my mother's pipe. I am a disabled veteran and my mom is the widow of a Vietnam veteran, not only was Cory professional and respectful he was caring and compassionate to my mom!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND not only the company but Cory himself!!! Its not often you meet men like him!!! Brian Sanchez did an awesome job for us today. We had a home inspection done and a small leak was found under our tub pea trap. Brian found the source of the leak was the overflow in the tub being loose and fixed it quickly and professionaly. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Just had someone out to do an estimate on replacing the pump on the well on my recently purchased property. I had been told by the inspector that it needed to be replaced and the inspector quoted me the price he would charge for the job. Looking to get other estimates, I called this company. A man came out (I forgot his name unfortunately) and he was extremely helpful, explaining how the entire system works and what I should watch for. He suggested that we do not need to replace the pump right now, and estimated a much lower price than my inspector for what it would cost to do it in the future. I really appreciated that this plumber did not try to upsell me or scare me into paying for something I might not need to. If and when I have problems with the well pump in the future, I will definitely be using this company!

Cory exchanged our pressure tank and was so patient and explained each step. We discovered the well pump had also failed and he and Zenen spent many hours outside in the bad weather. They answered all of our questions and worked so hard! They are a credit to Yelm Plumbing & Pump! We have been customers for more than 10 years and will remain so! 👍🏻💦

I've hired them for 2 jobs now--the kitchen sink drain that neither my son nor I could get right and today the water valve for the toilet. Both jobs were finished quickly and professionally. I was also given some advice on the type of sealants to buy in the future as well as what to watch out for at the hardware stores. I'm not even bothering to call around next time. These guys are great.

100% satisfied with the service! The leak was quickly found, and my technician even found an issue with my hot water heater that I was completely unaware of. I would use YPP again in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!

They came to rescue us after a failed attempt at doing a ‘simple’ plumbing repair myself. Turned out to be a blessing in that while attempting to replace a defective water valve feeding toilet the old brittle CPVC pipe broke off and they had to perform open wall surgery which turned out good! Toilet survived 🤗

In times of trouble these guys were not only professional, knowledgeable, quick and efficient!! They were kind, helpful and fixed our problems easily!
