One of my all time favorites I only buy my clothes from here and a select few other stores ! The prices are high sometimes and the product is usually worth it clothing wise my daughter loves the makeup and everything else , I end up spending a couple hundred every time it never fails LOVE ME SOME HOT CASH 💓 LOVE HOT TOPIC 🔥

Staff great. Always cool stuff here as always. They handled holiday traffic well!

Looking for hello kitty products & found the best selection at Hot Topic! Staff was helpful & friendly! I had not been in hot topic for many years, but was pleasantly surprised with the wide selection of different licenses products. Always a fun adventure shopping at Hot Topic!

Any store we enter the staff is always friendly and kind. Many greetings. They always try and find what we are looking for.

My favourite place to get punk/cyberpunk pants plus the hello kitty stuff is pretty ight, would say its more diverse compared to like other places at the mall so they must keep it stocked up or somethin. The staff are super friendly and very helpful, I literally had 1000 questions about stuff last time i went and they answered every single one to the best of their knowledge:).

This place is just like all the other hot topics. You can't resist anything in the store. You always end up buying something and everyone is always nice. Thank you for helping me. I appreciate it

I only frequent them for their Funkos. But the staff is always helpful and friendly. And even informed me that they post their new Funkos in their IG before they place them on the shelves.

The staff is really friendly and they have their stuff organized and clean. Although the check out desk could use a little tidying up. Other than that this store is great. Love coming here.

My kids like to shop here every time we are at the mall. It is an interesting store and we definitely like to use the discounts that are offered.

I always love shopping here for my alternative needs. From hair dye to all of my jewelry wants this store has it. And the clothes are so cool. And I love the mystery bags too. Staff is always ready and willing to help.

Daughter bought something on clearance it didn't fit she brought it back to exchange.. no problems

I walked in there and I was looking at the beetleguise stuff and this old lady n her husband came it and just immediately asked if I knew about all these things n I had to hold back laughing as I said I didn't work there. She said I looked very knowledgeable about things. But truthfully it's probably because I looked like a Halloween decorations..
But they had great things n the employees were helpful so that was nice.

Customer service was amazing, just need to make sure they check more carefully if the security sensors are still on or not, but even when that happened they gave me an extra $15 cash thing. So they were nice and respectful after that whole situation! No other hot topic would ever do that!! Thanks guys keep up the hard work!!

They always have good deals here. The staff is also super friendly and knowleable. When the store was out of stock of a shirt I wanted they held one back for me when the new order came in! Great place

Everyone is pretty much always nice when I go in and always helpful 👍🏼 Wish I can remember the names of the two girls who helped me find my hair color, they really deserve this comment!!! (Both said they recently just dyed their hair black)😅😅

There's a girl with dyed red hair and 50s look. She's so beautiful and kind. Went there for 50s dresses for my daughter and she helped us so much. If they had a tip jar.... Was too chicken to ask her name but she rocks. Luckily she didn't take advantage cuz she coulda sold me anything and I'd have bought it.
I think, good customer service is hard to find. So when someone goes above and beyond. It means a lot. Makes me want to come back, just for the experience.

I shouldn't. But I love Hot Topic. They always have a friendly staff, current pop culture merchandise, and their sales are awesome.
