When you need to get ahold of someone in office, no one is ever there. I called to make a payment of $32 and some how Jimmy totally missed me saying that very specific amount (?) and charged me $335.58. How I was alerted to this mistake? Through a text alert from my bank! When I tried to call back less than an hour later to get this corrected, no one was even in office and it was Friday at 1:30. I tried calling another farmers agent who unfortunately couldn't help me but who gave me some guidance on how to deal with my agents mess up. Didn't hear from the office till Monday when a women called and acted like nothing was wrong. If I hadn't been at my own job when I spoke to her I would've lost it. Since then I have heard NOTHING from the agent or anyone who works for him. So I've gone ahead and switched companies completely. This agent and company is a joke. I should have a refund coming back to me still from this agents error and from me canceling my coverage half way through the month but who knows if that will even happen....
