Safeway

There was only 1 employee (Eddie) working the main register, the 4 self-checkout lanes, and customer service desk - on the day before Thanksgiving 🤔. Whatever you pay this excellent employee needs to be doubled. This is the 3rd time in the past month its been Eddie working alone upfront. Im leaving a 5 Star review bc of his continued great job multitasking , and still doing it quicker than anyone else working at any grocery store. If Safeway wants to short staff to save on budget, or has problems keeping staff, at least pay this guy what he's earning. Double his hourly should be your starting point......thanks Eddie for the continued hard work and excellent customer service 👍!

Both check out (self and lane) customer service agents were perfectly kind, patient, and professional! I love this Safeway!

We found ourselves low on currency. Having spent a much needed day with my only family at our family's sanctuary deep behind the mountains, our ever present guardians. Having introduced my beloved to my brother and his wife glowing with the promise of another beautiful life soon bless this shameful world with it's unrelenting light and innocence. Brought back to the city by my mother, a true Saint that deserves a statue in her honor if not even more. We were all just informed that our water supply was tainted and we had no provisions to sustain us. My mother the Saint of the ever flowing fountain of love brought us to this "safe way"
She provided us with ample food and water to nourish us as we feel freakishly watched and subjected to ridicule by every eye.
Bless my family, they are the most amazing people I have ever known.
May they never be haunted by humans.

Brook at the pharmacy is what brings me here. She is an absolute sweetheart and a pleasure to be greeted by. She’s patient, personable, and kind. Give her a raise!!!

I don't often get in this area but today I happened to stop in this store and was amazed just walking in the door. Things were So Clean! Floors, beautiful display of flowers & Valentine merchandise. Vegetables and fruit, meat and bakery look so Fresh. It takes a lot to impress me nowadays and I was bowled over. I remember when King Soopers was the top of the line store but they have dropped in recent years.
I will certainly make the added effort to come back & shop at This Store..
You must have a great Manager & Employees.. Thank you for a great experience.

My name is Meghan and I ordered from the bakery for a last minute order and the baker, Whitley was so kind and flexible with my schedule. I had originally thought my coworker’s bday was next week but found out that it’s actually this week and she still did my order and the decorations that I wanted. I am very impressed with the excellent customer service I will be coming back and thankful to know there are still good people out there!

Safeway changed how they treated a person with a disability with more kindness and Patience prices still very high but he'll what's not thank you BIDDEN AGAIN FOR THIS
but back to Safeway keep pushing forward for great services
Now off note here went to the store settings in the vehicle watch two young people come running out the store each holding two 12 pack.off beer to a waiting car with engine running Drivers takes off with one trying to get in the car dang near ran him over or lifted behind

Safeway is right down the street from me! It is my go to grocery store over King Soopers (even though Safeway is a little more expensive...but better products)! The staff there is always ready to help you when you need it and always service with a smile 😊! The store is always clean (even clean bathrooms...always a plus)! The store is easy to navigate and the shelves are always stocked up with what I buy! Kodos to this Safeway for always being on point! Would highly recommend! And they always have grocery carts available for you to use!💯

***Update+ I used to love this Safeway!! Now it has gone down hill. The customer service used to be impeccable. Now I get blank stares when I walk in instead of being greeted nicely at the door. I really did love this Safeway!! Everyone there was great! (Past tense) I am disabled and I need a riding cart in order to shop, and on this same shopping experience there were none. When I asked,
"I was told that they don't have any more due to theft. So I'm like I can't shop here due to the fact of my debilitating condition. Well my husband got upset and said," let's just go to another Safeway! ' I will not shop here anymore. ***DO NOT SHOP HERE! THE STORE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AT AN ALL TIME LOW🤦🏾🤷🏾

Always less crowded and have everything you need qiuck easy, clean, never to busy great friendly staff

Classic Safeway, with all necessary products, well stocked on everything, especially vegetables and pre-prepared salads. Fresh meat of all types (I was looking for lamb and found great cuts at a reasonable price) and there is a wide variety of local and international beers. Also convenient for me: self checkout!

This has been my store for years and I've always loved the people there. There was an employee in the dairy, I think his name was Anthony and he was always the kindest and was always a very big help. I haven't seen him there lately but I wanted to say that Safeway could use more like him. I hope maybe he has moved up in the company and that's why I haven't seen him. If he is still there, please let him know that my wife and I appreciate the work that he does!

I love shopping at Safeway. I do not go anywhere else for my grocery needs. The stores are always clean and well stocked. I can always count on the butcher for a great cut of meat. The seafood here is fantastic.The deli is delicious and full of fresh food. The produce department is always full and maintained. The customer service desk is always helpful and positive to the customer service needs. Safeway might be a clue of pennies higher in price but you get what you pay for .. QUALITY

Waited for over 30 minutes. Employee apologized she was short handed. Did everything she could to make my wait comfortable. She did a great job due to the stress she had to be under, always happy and pleasant. I totally admire her!

Great people in all departments but the meat selection is awesome! That manager needs a raise for being on good terms with distribution. The store may looked run down but they really do run a tight ship.

I had to get a new phone, because my old phone would not hold charge it on my old phone where pictures of my husband I recently passed November 18th we have been together for many many decades she was so nice and so sympathetic and very knowledgeable. She understood what I was going through. She gave me her condolences walked each and every phone. Very very knowledgeable professional . Totally recommend this Metro phone store. Even the two customers who had been ahead of me we're also very kind considerate and gave me their condolences also.

They carry my favorite soup... Red pepper tomatoe soup... So gooood!

I ordered a fruit tart for a co-workers Birthday. The fruit tart the baker made for us was gorgeous!! Delicious too..
My co-worker loved it.
Highly recommend the bakery and deli at this location. Would give more stars if possible.
