Ross Dress for Less

After the power outage yesterday I had to come back today to do my shopping. The power outage was handled really well, staff were kind and quick to help out.
Shopping there today was great. The cashier was so so sweet.
Props to the manager Stephanie for her and her team! Really like this location.

Staff is very friendly and willing to help with anything. When there is a line waiting to pay, they are quick to bring in additional cashiers. Parking is easy to find a spot. Some of the customers are not caring when they pull items off the shelf, they just throw them on the floor. The employees do their best to keep up. The store has a big selection of many items. I appreciate shopping this ROSS.

Very friendly staff and very good deals 👌. Clean store you can walk around without stepping on any items. Unlike some other stores.

Always great deals and amazing things
The one in Lakewood lacks customer service big time. The cashier is always extremely rude and seems bias. And we get her every time. The one in Englewood was a pleasant experience and has a few different varieties. Over all satisfied.

They have a very good stock. A lot of international brands are being sold, that too at around 60% discount of the actual value on the website. Very good quality. They have good fitting rooms. I definitely recommend trying it. Some deals are even better than Walmart for the same brand.

Had a return to take care. Was surprised to see that this location stayed open until 11pm. Hey The Associate that processed my return was very nice and helpful.

This is a great place to get good quality clothing at a very reasonable price... The cashier's are friendly and courteous and you even get greeted at the door by the loss prevention specialist. I bought $35.00 worth of merchandise and I'm very happy with all that I got... I will definitely return to buy additional items for my wardrobe...

Love, love, love this store! I wish we had one at home. Gorgeous dresses for dirt cheap prices. Just purchased two dresses that anywhere else would have been easily priced at $130 + each, for less than $30 a piece. Not an excellent selection for mature men's clothes, as most are targeted for teenagers and early 20's, but can not beat Ross for dresses.

I LOVE Ross! This is my favorite clothing store of all time! Their prices just can not be beat when you look at the quality and variety of what they carry. They also have a fantastic plus size section. I'm a really big fan of the fact that you can take 8 items into the dressing room at a time so you don't have to keep getting dressed to go get a few more items.

This store is a hiden treasure. I can always find a gift or two for this holiday season. The price is better than any black friday deal, all year long! Thank you for the diversity of your merchandise. I will be back soon to grab a few things for myself!

I have never experienced such a well stocked Ross location. Great variety and prices. The line moved very quickly. The cashier was very pleasant and accurate. Well trained.

Haven't been to a Ross in years. They have a big variety of things and their store greeter is fantastic. I bought two pairs of earrings and the first time I wore one they broke though.

Didn't have a winter coat, gloves or boots to hang out in the mountains this day but Ross came through for my sister and I! We got everything we needed for under $100. Love you Ross!

I was helped my Leahana. She gave my family and I the greatest customer service when I went. She was kind, friendly, and very helpful. I always look for legendary member service everywhere I go and she gave and me and my family that experience. Leahana would be the reason I would go back to that Ross store. Great customer service, my 2 yr old was running around like crazy. We were waiting in a long line and after one of the employees seen me, they called for assistance and helped get me checked out. Thank you I really appreciate you!

Ross Dress for Less is a really nice place to go and do some shopping as you walk through the door the security greets you eye contact and all and they are so nice if they if there's something you're looking for the right there to answer any and all of your questions and when you can't find something they will look and see if it's something that's coming in on their next shipment or if it's something that they discontinued or they're just out of it at the time however Ross's does cell Dress for Less and they are wonderful when you're down in Englewood Colorado go to Ross Dress for Less I'm sure they would have what you need so go do your shopping have a great day

One of the better Ross in town

You can tell Ross stores operate with a skeleton crew more often than not. No doubt corporate determines the budget for staff based on some inadequate, one-size-fits-all algorithm. Would be nice if the algorithm had some redundency built in and took into account employee call-outs. Nope. I've been in some long lines with staff apologizing to customers about the lack of cashiers due to call-outs and shift changes. Long waits create irate customers that unnecessarily take it out on staff which are helpless to do anything thanks to the idiot fat-cats calling the shots from afar. Talk about a blow to morale, I've seen cashiers near tears. But I digress. The Englewood store is one of my favorites to shop at since during peak times the lines aren't as crushingly bad as those at the one across from the Belmar shopping center. Also, the cashiers seem to go out of their way to do their best despite the corporation not doing likewise for the employees. Hell, time and time again cashiers (including a manager) have had to apologize for their ailing computer equipment being on the fritz and halting a transaction. I bet corporate's computers work, why then do I have to wait for a register to re-boot to finish a purchase? Not only that but cashiers also have to fuss too much to get the ink tags off clothes because the machines that remove them are often iffy or jam. What's more, I left once without a receipt because the printer (circa 1995) gave up the ghost. Good god, y'all, this is the 21st century, most kids have touch screen phones & Ross can't even give their cashiers a reliable way to offer up a receipt to customers. Ross simply doesn't deserve the store-level employees they have. In summation, Ross corporate = -1 star. Ross Englewood = 5 stars. Thank you Ross employees on the front lines at Englewood for not giving up and throwing in the towel despite corporate's every effort to tie your hands and cement your shoes.
