I needed the carpets clean before anyone moves in, and they did a fantastic job! Neil was very helpful and just all around awesome!! I would definitely recommend this place as I knew the carpets wouldn’t turn out like new but I just needed them sanitized and cleaned. They went above and beyond and I will always recommend them from here on out!! Best customer service and best prices!! Very pleased with my services and price!

We have 5 dogs one is elderly & another is a puppy so we've had quite a few messes, we cleaned as best we could but you just can't get it all up. Super Steam came to clean our carpets & used the enzyme cleaner. Our carpets look & smell amazing again. Neil, came. He was so helpful, kind & also didn't judge us for the dogs, it's embarrassing. (Made me more relaxed) I would definitely recommend them to anyone who need their carpets professionally cleaned!!

I called on Monday and they were able to fit me in on Tuesday for a reasonable price. They arrived at my house and found out the hose spigot was shut off. When they were able to get a hold of me they gave me time to get the spigot set up and returned to my house promptly to clean my carpet. You can see pictures of how bad the spots were on my carpet and they got them cleaned up. Very happy with the service from this company!

Bill Witzke removed spots and deep problem stains that two other carpet cleaners failed to remove over three years. Since I rent to health care professionals on rotation at the local hospitals, it’s important that my home looks tip top. He did a beautiful job..upstairs and downstairs. I was totally, pleasantly surprised at how it looked.

Super Steam did an amazing job! We had some one scheduled and they were not able to make it. I wanted our carpets cleaned while we were gone and super steam came last minute and did an great job. I am always worried it is going to smell for days and we got home the day they cleaned and they were great. We would recommend them to others and we plan to use them again!

We had a dog disaster on many of the rugs in the house and there is a toddler here. I called in the morning, spoke with the very helpful Nancy who set up an appointment that afternoon. The tech, Neil, contacted me as he could arrive early, if that was oaky. He did a fabulous job on the carpets the dog messed on. The carpets look like new and the house smells clean.
