Every order has been correct. The Big Macs come out picture perfect. The atmosphere is clean, yet still inviting enough to be a comfortable eating experience. They are actually polite to delivery folks. And yet faster than normal for some reason. I go to a lot of fast food places. This place stands out as extraordinarily proficient.

I placed a mobile order then 1 minute later I came inside and they already had my food made. Now that's pretty damn impressive!!! 5 stars baby

My roommate and I went to the liquor store and decided on some McDonald’s on the way home. Our experience was nothing short of lovely from the generous man who took our order to the pretty hot Cheeto girl with the pretty nails in the window. But our experience didn’t end with just good service. Our food could only be described as heavenly. Each bite I took, I was even more hypnotized to take another. After a good margarita and 2 hot and spicys, I am feeling more than satisfied. Give these people a raise!!!

We did a drive through today after lunch time. Great service, quick and friendly, the food was hot and fresh. Best spicy mccrispy. I’ve been here many times before and can tell this site is consistently better than others. Thanks to everyone who works here!

I had to make 2 orders, and the workers here were extremely kind and understanding. They got my order done quickly and efficiently, and I was greeted by Evelyn, and she was extremely kind. Will be coming back!

The best McDonald’s chicken I’ve had in years! Location is a bit of a pain when there’s traffic but good for a quick bite and the drive thru was fast.

Stopped in late afternoon for lunch ordered on the kiosk my order was ready in about 30 seconds the employee taller guy was extremely friendly the food was hot I sat down for about 20 minutes and really enjoyed it also the restaurant was very clean way to go to the staff and employees at this location!!!

I mean it's McDonald's innit? The service and food was exactly what we've come to expect from the most famous fast food joint. Unless I get bad service, there's nothing to say about the American staple. Keep it up folks.

Always good service, new kid today who took our order did a great job. I could tell he was a bit nervous but he got everything right, made a good effort to confirm that he'd heard us properly through all the mask situation, and read everything back to us (which I'm sure is exactly how he was trained to take an order)

This is far and away the best McDonald's I have ever been to. The staff is quick and friendly, the food has always been fresh, and the drive-through line always goes quickly. I've never had an order been wrong here which is an issue I've had at almost every other McDonald's. I know this is a tall claim, but I would honestly say this McDonald's rivals Chick-Fil-A in terms of service.

Absolutely f****** loaded our ice cream cones late at night would come back

We had a great experience at McDonalds today. Everyone was very polite and our order was correct. Jordan particularly had amazing incredible customer service. She went above and beyond to keep our kids happy and remade our cheeseburger without me asking when she saw my daughter had dropped it on the floor. Her customer service was Disney quality. Thanks!

I think it’s only fair to compare fast-food to fast-food when rating a business. I’m giving this McDonald’s five stars because the service is always fast, and when it’s not busy, they’ve never given me anything that was cold or served me food that had been left under heat lamps too long. As far as the chain it’s self, their new buttermilk chicken is very good! WAIT! THIS is an EDIT: when I reviewed the buttermilk chicken it was brand new on the menu and it was quite good. Then they ran out for a while (almost everywhere). When the chicken came back it came back with too much breading and WAY too much salt. That’s really sad. They had something that was possibly going to be better than their competitors, right out of the gate. But... not so much. I’m going to leave the five stars because they still get your food out fresh and faster than any of the other Fast food places around; and the new policy of hot, freshly made 1/4 pounder’s is pretty good. The employees are still smiling too!

Super hot fries and the buns were extremely fresh. Sometimes mcds doesn't dish out the best and my experience at the 104th and federal location topped any other food orders I have received from any McDonald's

Very fast with getting your order and getting it correct. Extremely clean, and always have DVDs available to rent. What's even best is there food is always made to order it seems compared to other McDonald's I've been to. Their french fries are always fresh, they're not the limp greasy ones you get it other McDonalds.

This McDonald's is really wonderful. The staff all seem to have a good time every time I visit.

On this occasion I had their new Fresh 1/4 Pound new Sweet Bar B Que. I was BLOWN AWAY by how tasty and complete this burger was.

Awesome bun and those caramelized onions were just so expectedly great.

This particular McDonald's is really my favorite. I eat breakfast there at least twice a week

I only ever go here to get my morning coffee. I have great service every morning. Friendly staff. Coffee is good quality and inexpensive. I should mention however that this is NOT a 24 hour location. The drive thru is open 24 hours I believe only one or two days on the weekend.

I am impressed with how quick the drive thru always is. I go there during their lunch rush a lot because I work close by, and they always have my food ready when I get to the window, whether I am just ordering for myself or a group of people.

I've been to lots of different Mc Donald's like alot of folks, but they are NOT all the same! This one is a Whole star or more above the rest! I mean that! The quality of the food they serve is the best! I always know when I drive through there, AM or PM, I'm gonna get quality tasting food! It's never overheld, cold or sloppy it's perfect! Everytime! Someone's doing something right there!
