Dr Cannarozzi is a great Dr. She is very kind, she listens to you, very knowledge and cares about you as a patient and person. The whole practice is professional and kind. A really refreshing experience in healthcare. I am so happy I found them.

I am so pleased with this entire office. The receptionists are so kind and helpful to everyone that comes in. I called in very concerned about my symptoms and I was able to see Molly the next day. She went above and beyond to alleviate my worst fears. She had several recommendations for other problems I was experiencing. Her office called the next day with test results as promised. The treatment has worked. I congratulate Karen Kelly for putting together a remarkable team. I recommend everyone highly.

If you're looking for a new Doctors office. Mesa View Internal Medicine is a wonderful choice. It's been a while, since I have had a really good visit. From the minute I arrived. Everyone was very helpful and welcoming. My visit was will Molly Pickett, NP. Molly is wonderful!! She was very attentive, and suggestive. She listed and cared about all my concerns. I never felt rushed, as you do with most visits. Molly really took her time understand and cared to create that personal relationship with me. My family has finally found our Primary Care team.

I find the physicians and PAs at New West to be sincere listeners and very thorough. I don't feel rushed when I am there and the practitioners are happy to provide "plain-language" explanations to set you at ease. The admin staff is also great. Plus blood draws and shots are painless, quick and easy. I highly recommend this office and the great caretakers!

By far the best doctor's office I've ever been to..I have seen both Dr. Kelly and Dr. Helms as well there excellent nurse practitioners in my 3 years as a patient. They have always been kind, compassionate, and most importantly SMART! Both doctors have uncovered health "mysteries" no one else could and I love the fact that they give options, not just an immediate prescription for my symptoms, as that might not be the best solution. The staff is great, and I can always get in with a nurse practitioner for urgent needs. After bouncing around different doctor's offices for years I feel like I finally found my home and am confident my chronic conditions will be managed with the utmost care and consideration.

Dr. Kelly is an outstanding physician. I have been with her for many years. She immediately addressed a concern I had about getting in to see her after a hospitalization. She has changed a policy in her practice to reach out to any patient who has been hospitalized to set up a follow up appointment before the patient calls in to make those arrangements. Certainly solves a concern I had and again demonstrates how Dr. Kelly listens to her patients and takes action to meet all of our needs.

I was greeted pleasantly, by name, upon my arrival as a new patient. The check in process was smooth and expeditious. I felt heard and well cared for during my visit. The communication of my testing results was fast and done by the physician. The diagnostic acumen was spot on, and the treatment effective. I would highly recommend any provider in this practice!

Absolutely the best! I have been a patient of Dr. Kelly for approximately 30 years and as long as she is practicing I will be her patient. She is super responsive and actually listens and asks questions. Anyone who is her patient is a lucky person and will receive wonderful care.

Appointments are easy to make on the phone/on-line and they work to get you in as fast as they can for urgent situations. Staff is friendly and efficient. The on-line portal is an extremely convenient way to communicate to your provider or see your health information. Dr. Kelly, Mollie, and the rest of the staff are some of the best medical professionals I've been around!

Just went in for my first visit as a new patient and I was super impressed! They got me in before my scheduled appointment time. Dr. Rubio didn’t rush but took time to share about herself and get to know me. The whole team was authentic and super helpful! I was in and out in an hour. Highly recommend!

First appointment with this practice (due to change of medical insurance coverage). After I got past the MOUNDS of paperwork that had to be filled out, the appointment was thorough and good. The staff were friendly, answered all of my questions and were very accommodating. However, I recommend that you do not schedule an appointment for Halloween Day. They dress weird and it is somewhat unnerving when your doctor is dress up as the Grinch (just kidding :) ).

I have been a patient there for close to 20 years and have been well taken care of, including preventive care to help keep me in good shape. I am especially appreciative of their empathy and graciousness when I had a meltdown. They are all very positive and easy to talk to and I would definitely recommend this practice.

I went to Mesa View Internal Medicine to have wax removed from my ears. The office is doing an excellent job of using masks, distancing and sanitation for COVD19. The staff quickly and completely removed the wax and restored my hearing. I have been a patient there for over 10 years and appreciate their excellent and knowledgeable care.
