Wendy's

Their afternoon crew is great. Food prepared exactly how I want it. The only problem I have, is not with their people or food, but how the drive thru is laid out. The drive thru is meant to start when you go around the building, but if you follow that easy, you'll get other customers that don't do that and cut right in front of you from entering half way through...

For a fast food place it was prepared properly and fast during lunch hour so so win -win. Wish all Wendy's locations were this good

Robert went above and beyond. Made a fresh pot of coffee and brought it to my table. Thanks so much Robert!

Jackson, the manager, is great. His entire team is great. We love going to this Wendy's because of the employees. They do everything they can to make sure you have what you want. The food has always been hot and fresh. Thank you Wendy's!

Came in right in the middle of lunch rush. Tons of people but the staff got everyone through quick and the food was surprisingly well prepared.

Also pleased they have the Coca Cola Freestyle machines!

What an amazing team of employees. First, one of the guys started a conversation about my t-shirt while he was preparing our order. Then, my son decided he wanted to arm wrestle me on their counter while we were waiting and a few of the employees clapped and cheered him on which was really cool. It just really put me in a good mood and had me smiling for a while. As we were walking out the man told us to have a great day. They are all just very nice and seem happy. It was awesome and I'll come back here often to support a location that hires employees like this.

It was quite slow inside the day of our trip which allowed them to treat us so well but I have also never had a fast food experience like this before, slow or not.

I am from out of town and all I had was a $100.00 bill. The amazing gentleman, Robin, who was at the window told me he did not have enough change. That was the only money I had on me. He then said that since I was polite, that the order was "on him" and he paid for my order. Even though it was only $21.85, his kindness is something that the world needs more of. I'm beyond humbled by his generosity and I hope that it does not go unnoticed but those above him. Thank you Robin!!!

We took advantage of your$5.Biggie Bag special. Can't beat that price anywhere else. We've had it several times and keep going back. Thanks for such a great deal!

But I ordered the SW avocado salad with grill chicken. I order this kind of salad often from other places. Here, It was super fresh, had a perfect amount of avocado & bacon on in it, and it tasted good.... but the salad seems to be missing something- or a few somethingS....- like maybe corn, black beans, tomato, cheese, red onion, tortilla strips or croutons -.... It lacks something...idk... Needs more than just lettuce, avocado, bacon & dressing. It's kinda boring.

I went out of my way to find the right Wendy’s on arapahoe to leave a 5 star review. The people at this Wendy’s have the most impeccable customer service in the fast food game. Food is fresh, and hot. Of course you’ll have a better experience during non peak times but that’s the world we live in now. Keep up the good work!

This is the best Wendy's I've been to. Quick, clean and very friendly even though I kept making changes to our order!! I don't know the two guys names that were working at the window tonight but they were the nicest I've ever seen at a fast food place!

06/07/19 - Dinner time - went with Wife and 2 year old daughter. We go to Wendy's locatoins pretty regularly because the kiddo loves the frosty but my expectations are usually pretty low for fast food restaurants. This location is not in our usual area but was on the route so stopped in and pleasantly surprised.

I ordered a Baconator Jr and the burger was great, the bacon was actually crispy and the fries came out hot and crispy. My wife's salad was fresh and tasty and even included the modifications she requested without error. The kid at the front counter was pleasant.

We realize that working at a fast food restaurant isn't most people's career choice and that can mean they don't always take that much pride in their work - when they do it's important to call it out which is why we also took a minute to let the manager on duty know.

One experience isn't going to change my expectations around fast good or even this location in particular - but we certainly appreciated having a meal that lives up to the advertising.

Great experience, as far as fast food restaurant visits go. The night/drive thru staff were super professional. When I had several questions ordering, the manager was attentive and gave great details for the questions I had while ordering.

I go to this Wendy's very often and they are always great. My order was wrong for once and Andrea fixed everything and got me a new meal. I believe the GM Missy helped out with the issue as well.

Came late afternoon while getting tires next door. Staff was polite and friendly even dealing with a less than enthused customer who has misinterpreted her coupon. Tables were clean and floor swept. There is also free WiFi available.

Was one of the better Wendy's we have visited recently. Both the burger and fries were warm on both of our orders...which doesn't always happen at the fast food places.

Good location, I always seem get very fresh food.

Wendys was great! This is not my usual area some of the people seem a little stuck up. I ordered the homestyle maple chicken sandwich which was good. It was warm and chkn tasted fresh.
