Mi Mexico Restaurant

1st time here & it was amazing!!! Everyone was very welcoming! The environment was very comforting & decorated with pretty Christmas decor. They give complimentary chips salsa & bean & cheese dip. We ordered 3 chicken enchiladas with rice & beans smothered & a vegetarian expresso burrito. The food was so delicious & very well portioned. The overall bill was $35! Well spent! Thanks for having us and well be back again!

This place is decorated nicely inside. Food was delicious. I had the shrimp burrito with mushrooms. I would go here again.

We got the seafood enchiladas! The enchiladas were stuffed with delicious shrimp, crab and I think scallops and then they were topped with like a spinach dip cheese sauce! Very good!

This place is the real deal! We were very impressed with everything about this place from the service to the fresh and tasty food! Our party ordered everything from burritos to chicken mole, and all options were clearly freshly prepared with quality ingredients. Even the flour tortillas were fresh, hot, and deliciously homemade. Margaritas were great also, and they have a M-F 3-6pm happy hour! Portions were generous considering the very good prices as well

Food was pretty good. Generous portion. We ordered Parrillada Nortena, burrito, and something else (can't remember the name). Some meat was just a bit chewy for elderlies but edible, not too bad. Flavor is good. Will come back. Service was a bit slow, for a Monday. Took awhile to get the check. But server was friendly.

Recently moved to Colorado Springs and have tried a few Mexican restaurants and have been disappointed with some of the experiences. Decided to try one more place and could not be happier with the entire experience. The restaurant was clean, decor was inviting and the staff was very welcoming. Our sever BETO, greeted us like we were old friends and provided the best service. The food came out quickly, hot, and amazingly delicious!!! We have tried many Mexican restaurants and the quality and flavor of Mi Mexico is by far some of the best food we have ever had. Thanks again BETO for your service and the sopas were delicious!

I've been going to this location for a long time, the name changed but all the good things about eating there are the same. The menu is a little different and still has most of my favorites.

We had a very large party that evening and the service was a spectacular going above and beyond, especially with one of our parties birthday celebration. The food was great, served hot, and amazingly came out all at the same time. We must have had at least 25 people in our party. As I said, they went way above and beyond the courtesy and professionalism, Shown by the staff was impeccable. Thank you!

The wait staff is FANTASTIC! The restaurant is very clean and a pleasure to be in. The Tortilla Soup was superb and a huge portion of well blended ingredients. We found MI Mexico as a "drive by" but it is already our go-to for true Mexican food!

Update: went again and everything was so good!
The chimichanga was delicious 😋 I tried my husband chorizo burrito and it was delicious also my mom's tamale was very good we even decided to order 4 to go for later. Probably one of the best Mexican restaurants in Colorado springs.

The food and service especially was exceptional, when we usually come in as a table of eight we tend to have less than great service, but here the staff was attentive and helpful, the menu was huge (I believe it was about 13 pages) and a little tough to make a decision. Our chips and salsa were very rarely gone and our drinks were always filled, even staff members who weren’t serving our table was helping out with refills. The food was also very good and tasty. Overall we would entirely recommend this restaurant.

I didn't dine in, ordered, and took my entree home. It took me about 20 minutes to arrive home, my food was still hot. I ordered the 'Filete Borracho' (Drunken Fillet). It was absolutely delicious, I surprised myself, because I eat everything! Fresh food, fast service and friendly staff. Yes, I will definitely go again🥰

Best Mexican food my wife and I have ever had. We eat a lot of Mexican food in Arkansas and this place in Colorado beat all of them. Thanks guys!

I have dined at this restaurant several times, their food & service has never disappointed!! I decided to order from DoorDash this last time around and I thought the service at the restaurant was great, I received way more than my share of food with extra chips, salsa and other dips that I didn’t order.
The cevichè was on point even if not dining in person!
I’m very happy with my delivery but then again, I don’t think I’ve ever been sad ordering mexican food from this spot either!!!
I more than recommend this restaurant!!

I stopped in on a whim during my way home in the evening.
It wasn't busy, the restaurant was very clean, the staff were very polite and efficient, and the food was a great price.
I got a chicken burrito, and it was huge.
I will definitely return.

WOW really good veggie enchiladas. Comes with a carrot puree sauce on top. Had with rice, beans and coleslaw. It was all excellent. I cant believe how good it tasted. Will definitely return. The only thing I didn't like was the table I sat at was sticky and would not wipe clean because the polyurethane coating is gone, so everything soaks into the wood table.

My wife and I enjoy Mi Mexico. We almost always order the chicken and steak fajitas 'for one'
and we share it.
The fajitas taste fantastic and we almost always have enough for left overs.

Wonderful experiences Dining in this restaurant Today it was delicious the food was warm and fresh. It was a little busy so we did have to wait a few, but they kept us busy with our drinks and chips and delicious salsa and bean dip.

Fun, colorful and festive atmosphere, great service and food! Tons of variety!

Been here many times. We love it! The service, the food, the everything. 10/10 will be back and sharing with others.
