I had a great experience today and was given excellent service. I showed up to check out the size options, and I ended up leaving with purchasing storage unit space. Dawn was great!

I've continued to have a good experience with the staff and service of StorQuest.

My experience with StorQuest has been superb. And also thoughtful. My guy, John, was very friendly when I came in harried from a move that resulted in more than I could put in my place. He helped me by calculating the space I had reserved online with what we would be bringing in. It was a good space. And such a relief!
There was one "problem" we joked about; the handle to bring down the door was waaaay out of my reach. John commented he could fix that for me with an appropriate length of rope. I thanked him, but I had noticed he was busy, so I was not sure he would have time. But on my next trip in, there was an extra long rope, just for my convenience! (O:
That was thoughtful and John came through with what he said he would do. How often does that happen these days?

These guys are great! Fast, easy, and good prices.

I got rid of many of the things in my larger storage unit so wanted to downsize it. I went into the office and was able to transfer to a smaller unit within about 15 minutes. The remainder of the month was pro-rated and applied to the new unit. I was allowed 48 hours to transfer everything from the old unit to the new unit which was no problem. Couldn't be happier about how easy it was.

The big reason we were so satisfied was because of Johnathan Rud who always, always gave us great service and was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We were out of state and he would update me on conditions in the area due to the horrible fire that came so to the Storage Units in 2021. The area was kept clean and secure. With Johnathan living on site, this also gave us great peace of mind as all we owned was in storage for over a year

Great prices (best I found around), and great customer service. Mary, the manager, was super kind and friendly showing us around, and Seth helped us out in getting paperwork done quickly and made us feel welcome on move-in day, plus doing a return.

I didn't love the service I got from their call center -- they didn't listen well and gave me some wrong info -- but glad I persisted because this location's staff is amazingly helpful and fun.

UPDATE: After storing my stuff for more than a year here, I had a good experience moving out as well — they gave me a little extra time in order not to charge me for the next month.

I was so deeply impressed with the service at this location. Both Mary and Jonathan were kind, lovely people whose humanity showed even as they did a great job professionally. I never expected to have such warm feelings about my storage location, but I did. They just seemed to actually care about me and why I was storing things and went out of their way to be helpful whenever possible. Loved them!

I highly recommend this location. The unit was very accessible and secure and the customer service, from purchasing our unit to unloading was excellent. We used the space for 6 months for a home improvement project and if I should ever need a storage facility again, StoreQuest is my first choice. Thank you all for making it such a painless and streamlined process.

StorQuest in Louisville made it very easy to rent a unit in a very short amount of time. The staff with whom I have interacted have all been pleasant and helpful. They made sure I was renting the appropriate size of unit and provided an informative on-site orientation. Thank you for making this so easy!

This was a great experience. Scott helped me choose a unit that I was satisfied with and was very thorough on explaining the details of the lease agreement with me. I did not feel rushed and I really appreciate that when I am making decisions. I highly recommend this storage unit for great prices and great customer service.

I rented a storage unit today and could not have hoped for a better experience. Scott is very professional, friendly and provided superior customer service. He was able to answer any questions, showed me around the facility (which is spotless and well lit) and made sure I knew how to open my unit and to get in and out of the facility with my gate code. The price was better than any I've seen in the area and I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for storage space.

Scott the manager was super helpful getting my unit ready when I was going to be arriving from out of town on a long weekend when closed. It was no problem, I moved my stuff in without a hitch! Plus I got an amazing deal online, I had shopped several self storage companies in the area and none came close to the deal StorQuest was offering! I highly recommend!

This place is awesome. We looked at several storage places before selecting StorQuest and StorQuest was way better than the alternatives. The deciding factors were the friendly, prompt, and proficient, and the free truck for move-in which probably saved us $50. And the price for the unit alone was very competitive. Great job! I’ll recommend this place to anyone.

I had a great experience. Scott was knowledgeable in all the different unit sizes and unit locations within the complex. He was able to assist me in locating the size of unit I needed. Of all the many years I have spent using Storage Facilities all over the country I have never had such a GREAT experience as I have had at StorQuest! The staff is AMAZING going above and beyond to help and assist with that personal touch. Scott is super nice, understanding and accommodating! I always feel I am in good hands and that my property is safe, protected and respected. They have excellent communication and helped me to see what would best fit my needs and my budget and best payment arrangement. It is super clean and well maintained and everyone is very professional, intelligent and sharp with performing their jobs here! This is such a rare find and I feel grateful to have all my needs met here! I must have done something right and finally paid off my Storage Unit Karma all those other times to finally find such a great place here in Louisville!

I am so impressed with StorQuest! The facility is clean, in a beautiful setting, and has very reasonable storage prices. Some of the perks: monthly rental available, online or autopay, moving materials are available (even a truck! and John was so helpful and wonderful, too). The manager, Scott, is amazing and made the whole experience a joy. This is a great place.

Super nice, especially Mary at the front desk. I was unsure of what size unit I needed and kept putting off viewing the unit and they were very understanding and accommodating, despite me canceling viewing the unit on them multiple times for about 2 weeks. Mary listened to all the items I had and helped me choose the right size. They are very upfront about their pricing (which is unbeatable in the area) and they are very nice and helpful. They also have a pretty rad location. Would recommend this location to anyone looking to store stuff, feel very good about leaving all my gear here while I’m away:)

I had to quickly move all my belongings into storage temporarily and I couldn't be happier with choosing this place. I highly recommend. The owner and staff are all very nice and accommodating - Scott, Zach, John, the whole crew is great. The grounds and unit were clean, prices are fair, and the location is great. Now moved out and I kinda miss it!

Last week I went to Storquest and rented a unit from Scott. He was very helpful and friendly. Turns out I needed more space and went back today to rent another unit. Once again Scott was very helpful and found another unit close to my first one for the right price!!
I definitely recommend this facility for anyone needing storage space.

Scott at StorQuest was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in helping me find a storage unit.I called around to a few different places and I chose to go with StorQuest because of the customer service I received over the phone. When I came to check out the unit, the property was extremely clean and price was great! Definitely would recommend!
