The Epic Remedy Fillmore

Went in the other day with specific things in mind to get. Zach took care of me and found me everything I was looking for. Excellent customer service/care from Zach and ERs always top notch selection/prices is a hard combo to beat. Thank you, Zach (kudos) and ER!

I’ve going to Epic for years. Every location is very accommodating and provides amazing service. This is mostly because Destiny always goes above and beyond expectations. Very personable and a genuine sweet heart. She has bounced around the stores but is currently here at Fillmore if you’re looking for top tier customer service!

I can not thank the ladies at this location enough for their integrity and kindness!

There was a glitch in the system when I checked out a few weeks ago, so I had to run my payment twice.

Thankfully my bud tender took it upon herself to make sure my 1st transaction didn’t go through like it said, and then had a check cut for me when she realized it had. I wouldn’t have even know if it wasn’t for her!

Just stopped by my favorite local spot ‘Epic Remedy’ on Fillmore and had the MOST delightful experience with an absolute premium & totally fun bud-tender, Destiny. Be sure to check out their Oreoz strain- it’s better than a package of Oreos but certainly better WITH a package of Oreos. Thanks Destiny & crew! You guys are the best!!!

My experience with Destiny today was awesome, not only did this lady go above and beyond with her job, she came out to make sure were pleased and had the paperwork needed for next time, I can't tell you when the last time I had this kind of customer service but... This lady needs a raise... Just saying....

Best dispensary in town! All the staff is kind and helpful, especially the bud tender David - he’s awesome! I’ve been coming here regularly for at least a year now. Their concentrates, pens/cartridges, and bud is always on point and they have great prices and specials. I drive a little further to this location because the experience and quality is always worth it!

Definitely the best store in the city, it's clean the staff is always nice and professional and the products are absolutely amazing with great prices. I'd completely recommend stopping by

These guys are amazing. I only recently got my medical card and am a total newbie when it comes to using. They took time to actually give me information, the monthly member benefit is awesome. Krystal got me into dabbing when edibles weren't doing the trick and really helped me get results while spending less money, and the morning guys Steven and Alex are great too! And somehow they do all this with minimal wait times. Amazing store!

Always a great experience here! Budtenders are knowledgeable and so nice. I've been a member since summertime and I don't plan on going anywhere else for bud. They always have a dank selection! Big shout out to Alex too for helping me out and being patient with me when he was pretty busy and the only employee working at the time.

Amazing service. Friendly, informative, and wholesome, the staff, though not many, set “high” standards for any local dispensaries. Lauren and Kevin went above and beyond my needs in both a personal and professional demeanor. Would highly suggest viewing a membership for staff alone. Products are well displayed and the concentrates are top tier at bargain prices. Couldn’t praise more.

I came in tonight (on Friday) and I think his name was David?( I’m terrible with names) BUT, I got amazing service from the guy who was working! He was very cool and very professional! He was able to find me an amazing deal and it was much appreciated 😊

I have been going to this dispensary for almost a year now. After living here for 3 years and going thru quite a few dispensaries I have found my home here and it is because of the way it is managed buy the two that have become in my eyes friends Becca and red beard those two are a great team and i love when them two are in store personality and knowledge are great. The selection is always top notch when it comes to waxes and shatter with i think best deals in town. So check them out and give them a try you will not be disappointed!!!

Had a bad experience at Maggie's Farm and decided to stroll into this little gem instead. Let me tell you, David and another employee (didn't catch her name) very sweet woman changed my day! I got flower and diamonds (a girl's best friend, ha!) at an AMAZING price and everything is good y'all. Going back, without a doubt! Thank you David! Five stars from arrival to purchase.

Dave and all the other Bud tenders no other stuff know what to talk about place has great herbs a lot of concentrates and the carry a whole bunch of cartridges and syringes refill cartridges definitely recommend this place. Definitely should swing by and check the place out but just to give you a heads up medical only no recreational.

Alex is the guy, makes me feel comfortable and secure on all my visits. He will not let any undesirable s in either. Always takes great care of me, very knowledgeable too

I have been a member at Epic Remedy for about 7 months. In my opinion, they are the top dispensary in the Springs. Not only for member are their live resin for $25, but they have unbeatable wax prices now at 2g/$25 for members. They also have a soda machine which is a nice tough as cannabis causes dry mouth. I took a cartridge back that wasn't working (never had an issue before), and the owner was very helpful with getting me a new cartridge. Top notch dispensary, give them a shot!#!
