Very helpful staff and employees at this location. Wanted to check out some of their vehicles and they gave me great information and the prices were very fair. Also they have a mechanic on site to help check any issues. I would highly recommend going here.

The staff at Prime Auto are awesome. Got a great deal(for my current situation) on a nice car(13 Chevy Volt). They looked out for me, helped me balance a down payment for monthly payments, and even helped me with my trade in. Samar and Alli(?) were super kind, gracious, and fun to work with.

Took a chance on a Jeep they had in stock, flew in from Texas to pick it up and have a fun road trip hoam, but the jeep wasn’t quite what I was looking for. Found an even better old 4runner on the lot, and worked with the owner to get a great deal and have an awesome roadtrip home. Even got to try some of their special Arabic coffee and got some snacks to go!

The 4runner had two problems, a torn drive seat and an ABS sensor issue. They threw in a whole matching seat AND sent me another ABS sensor for no charge!

Really enjoyed the experience and the honesty. Great little dealership!

A little place with a big heart.

I needed to buy a vehicle for my daughter and she had her sights on a 2007 Acadia being sold at Prime. At first I was skeptical of a used car lot on South Broadway, since they're a dime a dozen, but I was pleasantly surprised by their welcoming attitude, warm smiles and honesty. Great customer service who went above and beyond what I expected. Thank you Prime, and Sam, for making it an easy purchase for me and a pleasant experience for my daughter.

I brought a civic here the price beat any other dealership I went to. The service was excellent I was on the road inane hour with a temp plate when that one expired they gave me another temporary plate. It was a good experience no hassle I'm very pleased with my purchase.

I purchased a 2018 4runner and the sales man, AJ was very helpful into helping me get into something that was good for me I've owned this car for about 4 months now and it's an absolute champ I really appreciate them for their service and expertise on cars.

Good dealership, I don't know when they sell your car. They'll help you keep it in good shape

As a woman and someone who has had experience in sales, car shopping has never been one of my favorite activities. I came to this lot to check out one listing for a subaru forester but after test driving it then finding the impreza, decided on that instead. The sales team was incredibly professional and Samar, the general manager, her customer service was provided with a high degree of care and professionalism. Willingness to work with short term financing and has been nothing but helpful with a small family business vibe, I will no doubt return if I need to purchase another or new vehicle.

Had a great experience buying my Mountaineer from Prime. It took a little bit to get the paperwork together, and a bit of negotiations, and during that time I was chatting with everyone that worked there, and they were all very nice and joking around, but professional as well. It seems to be a small business family shop. They offered me some of their homemade Arabic coffee (which was amazing) and I had to work a bit while I was there, and everyone was quite accommodating. They let me take the car for a drive to the shop for inspection, and drive around to make sure I was comfortable with the car and I didn't see any issues. The final paperwork process was professional and everything was up to par, and they offered to fix up some semi-minor repairs free of charge that the mechanic noticed, which was really nice. No scams or anything to be concerned about that I saw. I would recommend trying this place out if they have a car you like!
